Even when "NEVER" sleep is selected it goes to sleep and will not wake up. It's too hard to work with geek sq. over phone, can't understand them, on line is just a big run-a-round.

Installation of my former programs from older laptop has made both laptops unusable. Trying to get geek squad appointment is extremely difficult.

It has been slow and shuts down 2 days after I first started it up. I have done software updates, deleted unwanted applications and it is still having that issue
