Needed a laptop for my online masters program, conducting research, learning modules, building basic applications and Microsoft Office. Provides everything I need, haven’t had any issues.

This laptop is still going strong a couple years later. Our teenage daughter loves it. Nothing but good things-never had a single problem with it and she uses it all day, every school day.

Very good laptop, but only lasted 3 years till it just died… Best Buy wasn’t able to save it

Decent laptop. Not very fast so it needs a little patience but if you are doing lighter PC tasks it handles well. Track pad isn't very good.

I use it for playing games (minecraft, roblox) i use it for online school and it’s great for watching movies and shows. My only issue is sometimes when I play minecraft the fan gets really loud and takes a bit to cool down but if you won’t do any gaming then this laptop is perfect just for school and personal use. If you’re interested in this for gaming such as in minecraft and roblox the games don’t crash and there is no lag in minecraft you can run hypixel and texture packs and the graphics look good.

Purchased in Dec of 2020 and within one year the battery started to go bad. I can't even find a replacement for it. It's also a tank; very heavy. I do like the glass display and ability to turn into a tablet, which is why i gave it 2 stars.

I've had this laptop for two years now and it hasn't let me down yet. In the first couple of months, it did have a problem with the auto-rotate not working properly, but it was fine after a reboot or 5. It's great for the basics like school, work, and non-gaming leisure, but the screen quality and speed are nothing to write home about.

The computer was overall decent After a few months the computers FPS started dropping and the lag was unreal, I don't know what caused this problem and the fact that I am watching YouTube tutorials on how to improve performance is just sad. Especially the fact that I haven't even had this thing for 6 months yet. Not only that but the battery only lasts 2-3 hours which can go by fast meaning you have to rely on the charger for it to work it's best performance. You are probably better off building your own computer for a better price

My wife and kids have used HP PAVILION x360 laptops for years and have been very happy with the performance and reliability and flexibility of these machines. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this laptop for school and I loved it at first. Then it randomly would shut off, the keys were not corresponding correctly, screen would glitch horribly. This all being said, I haven’t had this computer more than 3 months and it’s never been dropped, water damage, or anything like that.

Bought it new. I have not had it two days yet, but quite ready to return it. The screen resolution is not great. The screen is extremely dim for my standards, even with turning the brightest limit it was still dim. I found my eyes straining a lot and needing to look away from it to relax my visual focus.Causes headaches if on it too long.

This computer came with something called S-MODE - to this day it still will not load basic programs like ZOOM, it does not play nice with anything Google and I'm very disappointed. I would return it if I could. I LOVE HP products, but I would never buy this again.

A very good starter computer fora starter and makes a good family computer.

From the first week I have had a lot of trouble sustaining connectivity. It has been worked on time and time again since the first month and it is even worse now.

the computer worked fine for a while but after a bit it started shutting down most of the time when I closed it and it corrupted whatever file was open on the computer (many drawings and a minecraft world) but then it stopped doing that for about a month but now it's way worse and I've been trying to turn the computer on for half an hour and it won't turn on this computer is only 4 years old

Slowest computer i've ever had. Only used for school and one day it will work fine. Then come back the next day and I could have completed two assignments before it will load up. Waste hours weekly just waiting for it to fire up and get going. Seriously extremely disappointed in this thing.
