We returned it to the store and they gave us another one. This one has worked great and we are very pleased with it. Jennifer Digby was very nice about exchanging the first one and checked to make sure we didn't have any more trouble with the second one. To bad more stores cared like that.

Bought as Christmas present for my daughter to use for pandemic online learning. She loves it. The SSD really keeps the laptop snappy. If I needed to gripe about any part of this purchase, it would be the need to get rid of "S Mode". I needed to create an account (which I will never use again), just to put Windows the way it should have been to begin with?!? S Mode is just dumb. It should be a "feature" that you opt into if you want it, not have to opt out if you don't...
