Came With Problems

Would not hold charge, remaining at 0% while plugged in. Would not turn on unless plugged in either. Also, would not recomment the S function. Cannot download anything I need because of it. And if I turn it off, I can’t change my mind later. HP support has been helpful in fixing the issue, however.
