    Recently purchased the HP - Pavilion laptop from Best Buy. Excellent customer service by Best Buy describing all the features of the HP - Pavilion, but also describing (but not pushing) some of the additional items to support the laptop. The HP - Pavilion has a great screen size, decently loud speakers, smooth keypad and great battery life. This HP - Pavilion is a great starter laptop. Thanks Best Buy.

    In all, it does almost everything I need to do. Its light, has touchscreen, enough RAM. Good that its wi-fi connection strength seem to be steady when I'm visiting customer locations. However, one thing missing is an ethernet port, which I need to use for technical support and troubleshooting. Bottom line is that for the price, I'm in.
