Good Laptop

I have had a few issues with the computer like slow reaction times in non internet based programs and times where I have to restart my computer because it stats to glitch. If it continues then I will put in a service request. But other than that it’s a good computer.

I was also surprised to see I do not have a 10-key pad, which I am used to using. In all, I have learned to cope and work with what I have.

Perfect Laptop for Perfect Grad

After reviewing my research, I determined that this HP 14" Touch Screen Laptop was the right fit for her. Has great bells and whistles, processing speed, memory and it looks good too. She was thrilled and Nana was pleased that this laptop will be there with her as she continues to do great things!!

Good for homework/web surfing

Converted from S mode without any problems. The SSD makes for quick bootups. Out of the box I needed to do a system reset to get the power button to work, but no other problems.
