Excellent Starter 2-in-1

It is the perfect companion to a desktop, especially for general productivity and content consumption. I recommend upgrading the RAM as soon as you can. I currently have 16GB of RAM, and also upgraded the drive to a Samsung NVME SSD. It's amazing how responsive this laptop can feel, especially with an i3.

Great laptop/tablet

Not holding, needed 2 for my kids for online schooling. Works fast, connects great, runs everything you need with no issues. Screen and resolution are high quality. This is just a good working, easy to setup and use 2020 laptop. Nothing more, nothing less.

Ease of operation

I've been working on an HP laptop for the past 15 years. Even though the company had a tech department I was never in need of assistance while working on my HP. I have complete trust in this product and I am slowing finding my way around the new technology with somewhat ease.

Was just looking for something to use at home for hobbies, email, research etc. This fit my requirements perfectly! Very happy with this purchase as I was considering a Microsoft surface but after I explained what I needed the laptop for, the Best Buy customer service person recommended this one.

The fact transferring my pictures didn't take as long. I would recommend buying this but if you prefer a bigger screen then 15' or above is better but I liked the screen and camera

Worth the price

Freshman with an art major so the tablet function was a MUST. It meets all of the requirements that the college set forth and then some. It's upgradeable and we didn't have to mess with S mode at all. He's had it less than a month but so far he loved.

A great little laptop

Snappy, clean, and functional. Easy to manage and set things up so we can monitor her usage. Got this gem for a little money off due to my store not having them in stock and you couldn't order it online either. So we got the display model.
