Great 2 in 1. Keep in mind it's locked to only microsoft store apps unless you switch to a full windows 10 version, but if you don't mind it's a great way to stay safe while online. The laptop is made of quality materials and is well built. It has 8Gb ram and an SSD. I bought it on sale for $350.

Great computer! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because you have to pay for Microsoft items (examples: word, outlook, skype, PowerPoint).If you are in college , there is a good chance they may pay for it my school does. Other than that great buy!

always liked HP computers, do not like when Microsoft tries to bully my use and limit how I choose to use my computers. Something a bit new. and had to figure out how to change things a bit.

Computer came much faster than expected. It was a birthday present fir my grandson who uses a computer for distance learning. He had been using mine so we were more than ready for him to have his own. He is really comfortable with the HP and he had no problem transferring over to this one.

all good except the plug that charges the computer did not work right. brought to geek squad and got some push back from a young man who wanted to tell me i was wrong, but he seny out to fix and problem seems to be solved.

We bought this as a present for my parents so they would get off their old slow desktop. The setup was easy and the computer was lightning fast. They were blown away by the lightness of the pc and that they can also use as a tablet. I plan on buying myself one in the coming months.

There seems to be a glitch coordinating the touch screen and the pad, but that may be a learning curve. Love the screen size. It does not appear to support the zoom app. That is a problem in the days of Covid when so much communication is by zoom.

Great computer for hectic remote learning school kids! Great speed, great specs, and camera video quality is perfect for our Google Meet and classroom zoom needs. Great buy, worth it! Plus you can flip the screen under and it's a tablet with touchscreen keyboard! Great buy overall!

Bought this laptop for my little sister who’s just starting college. No shipping issues- laptop arrived early. She was very impressed with how the laptop’s features especially loved that the laptop can bend and turn into a tablet. Perfect for school work as the laptop is very easy to use.

I purchased it for my Daughter with microsoft office. It was not clear how to set it up for her mentioned a membership number. I did not know if. This was a bestbuy membership or microsoft or hp membership. It needs to be spacific.

This is the 2nd HP Pavilion touch screen I've had. Very easy to use, I like the that it vents on the side to keep it cool. Will buy this hp again

I like the specs on it but I really would rather find something with a bigger screen for myself and I believe it's upgradable I like to Ram is in it hard drive might be small but so far so good they're just not using it to is capabilities

Wife wanted a laptop that could double as a sort of a tablet. I settled on this. Its very responsive and she been using every day since she got it. HP has always proved to be a solid brand and I would definitely look to them again when we need more laptops/tablets.

This is a very basic beginner laptop. It does a decent job web surfing and checking email. Also does a decent job for streaming. As long as your needs are not demanding and your expectations realistic, this laptop will serve well.

Really like it! Compact, clear images, and easy to use. Battery holds up good and gives me good duration to use during the daytime doing important work, or evenings when I just play or check news items.

I was a Mac user but wasn’t compatible with school programs, so I got it since it had windows and was Within my budget, there was a worker for Hp helping and explaining to me anything I had questions of And was super informative and help solidify my decision for a laptop

Still works well. Lower end of the price spectrum for a touch screen that has a decent hard drive. Works well for school projects and homework.

This PC has the capability to to convet to a notebook, and still maintain it's functionality. Additionally the Geek Squad associates are extremely professional and maintianed patience throughout the installation process.. "Hats of to all of the Best Buy stakeholders".

Exceptional. Made the order online. They sent a message saying it was ready. I drove up to the store I had selected and called to let them know I was there. In less than five minutes someone was at my car with the computer I had ordered. No hassles and safe.

My wife and I are very pleased with the laptop. Battery life is superb, fast load time, does not get too hot, and no fan noise. If there's anything i don't like about it is the screen. I wish its a little clearer/brighter.
