With such a short period of ownership this laptop has not powered on twice. Even if the charger is plugged in it still wouldn't power up. The battery life sucks even if you are not using it the battery dies. It also gets hot fast so the fans are constantly running. This laptop is a bit pricey for all of the problems being encountered so soon.

It’s been a great addition for our home. It’s mostly used for distant learning. Works well and it has a nice camera for zoom classes. We don’t use the tablet mode but it is a nice feature. Much faster than the chrome book offers by the school. I would recommend

It is a good laptop but only the issue was with the battery because after a while battery is not able to be filled %100.

Good solid computer. It's fast and does everything I need it to do such as web surfing, and office programs. The only con is that sometimes the touch screen is not as responsive as I would like. Overall good product.

This is by far the best Lap top I have ever purchased. Performance wise, its pretty amazing. My only critique is I wish the keyboard had an option for light. I'm a nursing student and I tend to work at night most days. Other than that, worth every penny!

Very nice computer. I have not had any issues with speed or workability. The only thing that gives it four stars would be the lack of color vividness and over-all graphics. Over-all, a great buy!

Used to create PowerPoint presentations. A little difficulty with the keypad- sensitivity. Could have used better tutorials on operating as I am not tech savvy.

Easy to use, pre-installed apps make it a no hassle to do anything you need done for work or hobby or play. Comes with virus protection and Windows tells you when something needs to be updated or is at risk. Buying this was a no brainer :-)

It’s a better lap top then I had before just a smaller picture size. It’s sharper in quality which is nice. Still learning all the features but enjoying my latest tv shows that I watch later in the week.

This is my second Nest thermostat. This is an upgrade for me, I loved my first one, and when I learned that there was a new one I knew I had to get it. I have enjoyed the ability to decrease my electric bill in the summer. Texas heat is a beast!

This computer was for my son. It has been a few years since he has upgraded laptops so this one is blazing fast compared to his old one. He especially likes the versatility of the 2 in 1 functionality. Great value for the money, too!

Perfect for my purposes. Flexibility in set up allows me to prop it up while reclining or to set up on a table and use with a wireless mouse. Highly recommend for seniors that don’t need a system with a lot of bells and whistles.

I love the ease of having a laptop with me when I need it. It has everything I wanted. The picture quality of the screen is not as bright or clear as I wanted that is the only let down of the laptop

While working for an online school, I bought as many of these as Best Buy permitted. Why? Best Buy had the best price for these quality [highly featured] Chromebooks. They worked out perfectly for staff computers.

I purchased this laptop to replace the old and dying laptop I tune cars with. First one died within 24 hours of using it, but its replacement has been going strong for a month now with no issues :)

Works great for what I need it for but the screen randomly goes dark while I'm working and I have to wake it up. Other than that I have had no issues and love my new laptop and printer.

Decided to buy 2 of these for my kids because of it's size and versatility. 10th gen i3 Intel cpu, 8gb RAM, and 128gb storage seal the deal. Highly recommended for routine school/office work!

I really like this laptop. I bought it for school for my daughter to do her work through the school due to COVID 19 it boots up really quickly and really is fast for I3 processor.

Purchased on 7/5/20,for my granddaughter.So far no problems.She loves it,says it has good graphics.Her first laptop,she has a Chrome Book,but she is thrilled to have a laptop to play her games.

There’s nothing too fancy here (though I do love that it can go into tablet mode) but it is efficient and good quality for someone with basic needs. Works well and the charge holds for a while
