I am using this Laptop for 1 month, and its running excellent. Very fast processor, fan has no noise, keyboard is very nice, mouse pad is very comfortable. Overall this is the best laptop. I recommended for others. Thanks

I picked this up as a christmas gift for my daughter. She loves it and uses it every day. She's still young and has dropped it once or twice, but it's held up well. Hopefully it lasts for years to come. Great 2 in 1.

I returned the laptop(nothing wrong with it, didn’t need it anymore)and didn’t open it but when I returned it, the Best Buy employee had to open it and it looked well packaged.

Originally got the computer to work from home I usually don’t use computers otherwise but the tablet feature is very cool and I actually find myself using it for more than work! I love how quick it is and all the awesome features

The screen was not as vibrant as I wanted had to tilt screen back to see the brighter colors. Otherwise great size and weight. Easy to navigate.

My computer was going to be serviced by Geek Squad for 3 weeks, so I needed something fast to do the job. It has lived up to my expectations. I would not load the Microsoft S package, have to have it removed by the Geek Squad.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it!!! Especially the option to change it to a tablet... I wish the keyboard came off when you do the tablet option because it’s bulky as a tablet. Other than that we love it!

I've had this computer for 2 years and it still works. Nothing wrong with it. Haven't done anything extreme like video editing. You can expand more space.

Is a pretty decent laptop i had to install the drivers I dont knwo why best buy dont do that i can do it easily but in this case I bought it for a friends that has 0 computer knowledges

This is a great student laptop, my daughter uses for her school and loves it. So far no problems whatsoever and hopefully will stay that way. She also likes it that she can use it as a tablet, for her drawing hobby.

Not bad, decent price, still a bit skeptical, HP has gone down in reputation and quality of products, IMO. Note: I bought this for a friend who wanted an HP. Time will tell

So glad to find a computer with a camera as I have not been able to locate a computer camera for virtual Dr. appointments. The representative at Best Buy was so helpful in recommending what would be best for my needs.

Used the grand new computer about four days, then wouldn't turn on. Talked to online Geek Squad, they told me they couldn't help and to go into a store. I told them we were under quarantine...they told me to wait till COVID was over. Called in to Geek Squad, waited on the phone for an hour...they set up an appointment in an instore after all. Haven't been able to use the computer or access my files. Searched online and I guess this is an issue with the battery installed or connections - it is a known problem. Waste of time and money.

This laptop is ok. It overheats really easily. Everything else is good with it but it is also pretty slow.

I've had this for a month and I'm really happy. I bought this for school, and it has made my life so much easier. I have no problem going into tablet mode and it makes it easier for me to read my textbooks online.

i bought this product for to upgrade my existing computer (old). I did not get the latest software do to price. I am happy with the computer for what i bought it for.

When I first bought this laptop I was so excited. It was easy to use and get set up. The laptop fit all of my needs for school. But it only took 5 days for all of that to change. It started to make noises which I didn’t really care about and then out of no where, the laptop decided to cut off and never turn on again. I don’t know if this only happened to me or what but I just wanted to put that out there before you buy.

great laptop for everyday use. Would not recommend for high volume work multitasking but for a budget everyday laptop its great.

This is my first laptop, and I am enjoying it very much. I find it easier to use it with a mouse, and wish there was a way to disable the touch pad. Orherwise, it's great.

Very fast and reliable (you can always trust hp). I would have give the 5 stars if it had the kb light but that’s not a show stopper. Very happy with it.
