No consideration seems to have been given to the fact that even tho I've been using a desktop computer for many years, I have little knowledge of what will be different. Perhaps the purchase should have included a booklet called "Laptops for beginners" or "Helpful hints for switching from desktop to laptop." It would be unfair of me to comment on the quality of this laptop since I would be speaking from ignorance. It may well be a wonderful laptop but unfortunately, I wouldn't know.

All-around a great PC! This is coming from a dude with a top-of-the-line gaming PC. Works well as a side laptop, which I can take with me, and multitask on. It works for lighter stuff, very well.

This computer was fine the first few days, then ended up having several hardware issues. Microphone problems, black screen when using video platforms for school, and power issues when starting up from inactivity. It would take 15-20 minutes just to power back on. The screen blacking out would cause a pixelation of the whole screen. Not ideal for a school computer starting back in this time. Returned it and got a lenovo with better processing and similar features instead.

I absolutely have loved working on my new laptop! It’s light and super fast. And I bought an open box one. It had one little scratch on it. Everything else worked perfectly. I’m satisfied!

Purchased this laptop for my son for online schooling. Has held up so far. It seems to hold up pretty well with the daily long hours of online classes.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter whose computer that was given to her by her school kept malfunctioning, and it works very well, the camera has excellent quality and is fast.

I love the laptop!! It was easy to setup and everything seems to function well. Computer works great, boots up quickly, battery life is good. Its is very compact and light weight as advertised.

I am enjoying my new 2-in-1 touch-screen laptop. It works well. The speed is great. It's been easy to navigate. It easily converts between touch-screen and laptop mode. I have no complaints.

Everything went well. For some reason, I could not make my appointment with the Geek Squad by calling. But, when I got there I didn’t have to wait long. The young lady took care of my needs.

It works and I can play the sims 4 again. Wish it had a little more Hard drive memory But I guess there’s the option to expand to cloud storage

Its great value in the sense you get a lot of computer at low cost. But it does not come without any disadvantages. First and the one that matters most to me is the screen quality is not good. 45% NTSC and 6-bit color depth is terrible. Also, it has only 1 dram slot so you can just 'add' memory stick to increase ram (you'd have to throw out the one installed). Overall quality seems good but hoping that the screen hinges will survive repeated use.

Needed another laptop for all these on-line meetings we're all suffering through now. 4GB memory just wasn't getting it done. Dramatic improvement upgrading to 8GB. No more buffering!!!!

I purchased this computer for school and I am satisfied. There are many things you can do with this computer. I like the fact I can use touch screen or laptop. I haven't had one issue yet.

Seems like this was used before and may be something on there that is preventing me from accessing a program that requires the camera and microphone.

Brought it for my son he’s 13 he loves it it’s a 2 n 1 which is rare for the price I paid I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a small laptop slash tablet for yourself or a child

Computer was fine. Loved the size of the screen. The only complaint was that the keyboard did not light up if you needed to use computer in the dark.

Excellent purchase and good price. I gave it to my son for his birthday and I was delighted, he said "wow" and it looked like a spaceship. I exceed my expectations. Thank you Best Buy!

You get what you pay for I guess It felt very flimsy so I returned it and got the HP envy 2 in 1 instead.
