It’s a nice laptop.. I just needed a couple more things from it,I did not like the fact that there was no keyboard backlight, that was a negative strike on it for me.. but overall good laptop 2-1.

So far we have a love hate relationship. Maybe it is too smart for me? Do not know how to get my Yahoo email on it.....seems to fail when I try. If it wern't too late I'd probably take it back.

I have had this computer for 2 months and am taking it in saturday because it says it is not charging. no green light ever comes on always on orange light and it says I am always on battery

Only thing wrong with this computer is that the battery stinks. So either I got a lemon battery or the new ones only hold a charge for 4 hours.

It’s had some glitches from time to time from the get go. Which I don’t think should happen on a brand new computer. But it works well for something pretty basic.

I had bought 3 laptops; an Acer laptop, HP Pavilion, and another HP Pavilion 360 within a 4/5 month span. They ALL just didn't work. The first 2 literally just quit on me after about a week (with minimal usage), then the 3rd one while watching my lectures (I'm in Dental Hygiene school) just went blank and the screen continuously would go crazy. I took my 3rd one back, they replaced the LP screen on it, then the keyboard didn't work. These were all brand new laptops, so it baffles me how they ALL didn't work. I don't have time to keep taking my laptop in to get fixed or replaced. So all in all, I paid all this money for devices that are at such low standards making it impossible to do my work. It's beyond frustrating and insanely disappointing.

The computer worked fine, but I personally didn't like the feel of the keys or the touchpad compared to other computers. The max resolution for this screen was around 1300x768, where I'm used to 1920x 1080p, so it appeared more pixelated and not as clear as I'm used to. It does work well for finer resolution on a bigger second monitor. I also found that with the Windows 10 in S mode, that I could not run Remote Desktop to my work computer. For my use, this computer was less than satisfactory, so I returned it.

This is the worst experience I ever had with a computer brand. Second HP computer in a year. I purchased it four month ago... yes, only for months, it was used as a very basic home computer only by my self with very gentle care, and suddenly the screen started getting dark for short periods, then long periods. Paid over 400 hundred for this piece of trash. Quality for HP has gone very low. So disappointed.

I bought for my daughter for school but screen was flicking and turn black. Had to be sent back to the manufacturer. I’m still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer.

Purchased this product for at home employment. I only had the opportunity to use 3 times. 3 weeks later the display was a black screen and couldn't take back because Best Buy has a 15 day policy not 30 days. HP tried to troubleshoot and now it has to be sent to them. I will have to wait for it to be sent back with a fix. Missing working opportunities. Too much money for something like this to happen in this short time.
