I don’t like that it doesn’t have a keyboard light and honestly it doesn’t have a lot of personalization features. And most apps aren’t even available.

When I needed to buy a new laptop and didn't have much to spend, I knew I wasn't going to get a top of the line product. For a laptop less than $500, you get what you pay for. It's very light, but also fragile. Fan runs constantly. Screen is very reflective of light in the room. If you aren't looking for a great machine, just something to get by with, it's adequate, but wouldn't recommend to anybody who needs a sturdy machine.

I have purchased several products of HP. I admit I never expected a hardware failure less than 3 weeks. Hp took care of me. Considering Covid-19 has changed things, I am very grateful to HP for resolving my isdue. I enjoyed this laptop for what little time I had it. I would not purchase this 360 style again bc I fear I would go down this rabbit hole again but I will continue to buy HP products but not the x360.

Maybe it's just because I got used to having a thin and light laptop from work but this one was bulky. Touch screen was weak also.

I brought this almost a year ago for school, it was working good until recently. Last week I hopped on my laptop to register for classes it was working fine, I left it fully charged. A day after I was going to use it, it was dead and the screen did not turn on anymore just the light from the power button turn on, not the screen. Now I have to buy a new one. :(

Laptop screen cracked after 11 months due to battery overheating when charging. HP refused to honor their warranty and fix it for free. HP has a long history of laptop screens cracking or going blank due to overheating issues. I now have a $500.00 doorstop! Purchase a Dell computer.

Bought as refurbished and had a few problems with it. If bought as brand new would have been an excellent product.

I purchased this laptop for remote learning for my high school child. It worked for 3 weeks and then one day it refused to turn on. The back of the computer was super hot to touch. I wouldn’t recommend this laptop to anyone. Even though the price was good the product was defective. Cautionary tale!

This 2-in-1 does not recognize my canon printer. It also only has wordpad or notes to use unless you want to pay a lot of money to get the microsoft office package in order to use microsoft word. The girl also told me to buy a 50$ stylus for this which didnt work with this either and I had to return. Not very happy with this purchase.
