I bought this computer because I was going to be homeschooling my daughter this year. I have always loved HPs and this one has not disappointed me at all! She is able to play games on it and we were able to do all of her online work, everything loads and for the price, you definitely can’t bet it!!

Bought this laptop about a month ago. Probably one of the best laptops I have owned. I would definitely recommend it. The fact that it also turns into a tablet is a nice accessory. I am a college student and I’m currently using it for school so It would be a great buy for any age student or for work.

As with most kids, my son is starting school online and we needed something for him that was easy to learn with. He knows how to fully navigate on an iPad and an amazon fire tablet so the 2 in 1 feature was a boon to our decision. The touch screen is responsive, the applications start and stop with quickness and the screen is the perfect size for portability. The battery life so far has been phenomenal as he can go a full 3 online sessions without needing to charge. The camera is only 720p but works very well because of the size of the screen. You may see some pixelation if you plug into an external monitor that has a higher resolution but it’s nothing that should impede your experience. It does come preinstalled with Windows in S mode which can irreversibly be converted to Home Edition. The laptop feels well made and solid in its aluminum casing. My only issue is the lack of more USB ports but that is easily remedied with a hub. It’s a simple and efficient laptop that I would recommend to anybody for their first laptop.

I got this on a black friday deal. Best computer I've owned thus far! Very responsive, no lag at all! The screen is very responsive to touch, but not so much that you have accidental touches. It's perfect size for watching Netflix or for doing homework. I love to use it in tablet mode!

Using this laptop for our elementary-age student. It checks all the boxes from that perspective. It doesn't have all the processing power needed to support the cutting edge graphics of a more experienced user, but for a student it's more than enough. The touchscreen is sufficiently responsive.

My brother is the one who actually bought this. He seems to like it a lot. Loves the touch screen. He only needed something for internet browsing and word documenting so didn't need anything really fancy. This gets the job done at a low price.

I wasn’t sure about getting an HP since I’ve always used an Apple before but only after a few hours I found it very user friendly. I love the touch screen and the speed in which it works. I’m still finding new functions and different things I can do with it. So happy with my new computer.

Purchased this for my freshman college student, he says it has all the features he needs and the touch screen is a bonus, boots up quick and seems to be everything he needs at this point.

I had bought a different laptop but it was too big so i return it and got this one refurbishes for $424 +tax . It look brand new minus the box, I got a great deal and I am absolutely loving it. I didnt think I would use the touch screen but that has been my favorite' thing

I live this laptop and it’s not even mine. I bought this to gift and he person loves it just as much. The touch screen capability is definitely a win also the tablet mode!! This laptop can function in many ways and I’m super happy about the purchase. Not to mention quick shipping.

I've owned several HP products over the years and after having also tried the top competitors comparable model, I can honesty say that this is the most versatile & user friendly laptop in it's price range & I love mine!

It does exactly what I need it to as a college student doing most classes online. My only complaint would be the battery life is not as long as I would like it. I tend to have to plug it in after a couple hours of doing work.

Perfect size for daily use like web browsing and watching YouTube, and some light games. Battery runs about 7-8 hours, depending on your work mode. Light weighted and portable. Recommended if you have a tight budget

I purchased this computer at a great price. It is compact, fast running, and full of great features. I especially like the fast start-up, touch screen, and sleek design.

I bought this to stream our church services during COVID-19 shut down. Arrived as promised and performs flawlessly. Since it was a refurbished model, I thought there might be some issue, but so far it runs like a new machine. Boot much faster than my old machine and runs all my software.

We have been buying ChromeBooks the last few years for our kids, but decided to get a PC at this price because it offered more for the money. So far, it’s been great with more function-ability! Highly recommend.

I bought this for my pastor and he loves it. I helped him get up to speed with the features and now I want one for myself. The touchscreen is a great feature. I am disappointef that I can't find any right now, but was told they are on back order.

I am very satisfied with my purchase! The 2-in-1 feature works wonderfully and the touch screen is very useful. It runs fairly fast and allows me to effectively use a variety of programs. It streams very well and is overall a great laptop.

Purchased this for my high school daughter to use for school. Touchscreen is great for her virtual art class, but can also type for literacy class. Speed, connectivity, and ease of use. Looks just a good as any pricey Apple product.
