Bought this for one of my children to use in homeschooling. Love the touchscreen and the ability to use a pen with it. I will say it is a little slow on the processor, but I knew that going in.

I wanted a windows computer that wouldn’t break the bank. This one was perfect for the way I use a computer at home. Also I think it will be a great one for the kids to use if we decide to do school on line this fall due to COVID 19.

I love that this computer is both touch screen and usable with a mouse. Easy, lightweight and affordable. Just know the sales person gave me WebRoot which is not compatible with HP in S mode.

I absolutely love this computer! It does everything I need it to and more! I use it for college and I haven't found one single flaw about it! Highly recommend for anyone who is going into college and doesn't want to spend a fortune.

So far I really like this HP laptop. It’s smaller and lighter than my previous Dell laptop. The staff at Best Buy are top notch and know their stuff. I’m normally not a shopper there but I think I will be doing more there now.

No really, I didn't spend anytime looking for the best deals. It just happened to be a better deal than what w-mart had. I love the touch screen and so far I haven't used up all my memory.

The HP Pavilion x360 is a great value for the price paid. It is super fast but compact. I like the keyboard and touchscreen. I didn't realize it lacked an internal DVD drive so I purchased a plug-in drive. No problem!

I love this laptop. Simple easy to use. Seems very fast and intuitive. No a bad price. Comes across as very high quality. I'm happy with the performance. If your needs are basic and you like a good value this is a great computer.

It’s a great product, easy to use, sleek design, easily portable. It will weigh your backpack down a little if you carry it in there, but other than that, overall it’s a great product.

I upgraded to this perfect light weight and small laptop. I have had such a positive experience- Geek squad set it up. It is fast and I can easily use my secure log in for work also. Salesman and Geek squad members were great!

Laptop is great , can be used as laptop or tablet. This device holds charge for days and very easy to transport. I love the option to use touch screen or keyboard. Super easy set up and user friendly guide.

HP has done a great job with the Pavillion series. I love the touch screen and how the computer folds in to a tablet. The speed is amazing as well. I brought two for my grandson's for online school and they love them.

Purchased this for my daughter who is a college sophomore. She wanted a touch screen laptop because she has been using a touchscreen Chromebook. She really likes this laptop.

Bought the laptop, tried to exchange and return but said i could only take it to Geek Squad. Other than that, works great. Does everything you need it to do. Great for school!

Love the size, small and compact. Easy to set up, really enjoy having the touch screen availability along with the folding screen to use like a tablet.

Easy to set up...and easy to navigate and perfect for what we purchased it for which was basically Internet and schoolwork. i also liked the fact that it’s 2-in-one and you can turn it into a standing tablet!

I bought this computer to use my Silhouette Cameo 4. I’m very happy with my purchase. I was looking at several higher priced computers but this was looked better and I’m pleased with the specs and performance.

Didn't want a very limiting chromebook and wanted a slightly bigger screen 13 or 14 inches, with adequate hardware features. Great touchscreen--bright enough, but of course reflective. Cpu,memory, and camera adequate for kids online school. 128GB drive adequate for kids school--most if not all chromebooks are way less than that. Only disappointment was the keyboard top area flexing slightly when typing. Also the bottom feet/pad seems too short to lift high enough for good ventilation. If you put something underneath, laptop frame does flex from it-- would like to have a stronger frame.

I bought this computer for my mom. She is a minimal user (social media, Netflix, and that's about it.) It was easy to set up and easy for me to troubleshoot over the phone.

Wanted another touchscreen laptop to replace an older HP laptop. So far this one is meeting my expectations: touchscreen, good battery life, and quick processing.
