    My daughter's laptop had a screen crack. The Geek Squad's service and communication was excellent! I'm so glad I have the warranty and service plan that they encouraged because it's so worth it!

    So far I love the speed and I love my Weroot. I have not venture out to explore all I have in HP - Pavillion x360 laptop. Remember I just purchased my laptop 8/24/21 so I cannot give score on battery life,

    I wish the keys were printed in black. They would be much easier to read. Overall I'm pleased with the laptop. I don't like being locked into Microsoft Edge. I tried to download Chrome and it blocks me.

    Great laptop. Little tricky when folded to use as a tablet. The keys on the back make you feel like your going to mess up your work with typing nonsense.

    Having trouble downloading Zoom meeting and getting mic to work, but everything else, including Windows 365 works perfectly.
