I don’t care for windows 11, which comes on this computer. Some thing about the default settings will not allow connection to Wi-Fi in a hotel. All of my other electronics worked fine. Other than that, it’s OK for a laptop.

The network adapter periodically shuts down severing my Wi-Fi connection. I have spent a couple hours with HP support and none of their fixes solved my problem.

Having problems getting used to this computer. Touch pad is very sensitive and the cursor flies all over the place. Hoping it will get better with more use.

I got this laptop from bestbuy and I am disappointed as well as displeased with the battery life span. It wont get charged and runs low quick. I charged it and left it unused, only to find it at 23% this morning. It can't even last me 2hours. I honestly wish I get a new battery, Thank you.

The cursor button is difficult to operate. Always need to click twice.

the laptop would get to hot for me. even with my hand just resting on the laptop it would make my hand super hot and uncomfortable. it weighs too much as well

I have problem to connect to internet since the first day. I will return it.

Had it less than a week and has several major issues with it.

Only had the laptop for a few days, while I had it the battery displayed that it 87 percent for two days and then it randomly died with no warning about the battery life. Other than that it is decent.

Not what I expected for the high price but will do the job.

I buy this laptap for my niece for her school. After using it for only 5 months the fan is loud and it is not working anymore.

The hardware is fine, but Windows11 makes this just a Microsoft Chromebook or tablet. Don't "upgrade" to Win11 until the software companies get caught up. I would never have bought this if I'd known how bad the operating system is. Can't even use my printer from this machine. I can print from my husband's Chromebook, but not from a Windows11 machine. Of course, I'd have never bought the Chromebook either if I'd known it used "apps" instead of software programs. Why would Microsoft copy Google? Using it is like writing the great American novel on a flip phone. This is tech going backwards.

Do not buy a laptop from Best Buy! My laptop was only eligible for return within the first 30 days but all the issues started after 2 1/2 months no surprise that's how they get you. Then you call HP and their support center is all foreigners who have a language barrier and communication is terrible. 2 HP computer I was loyal until this. NEVER again!

The only problem I hv is that I can’t get a straight answer on how to eject a thumb drive safely from my house. The icon is not under my hidden icons

the computer was good ... sales and after sales support was very poor. Lengthy wait to for salesperson ... apparent lack of interest by the salesperson . After sales support by GEEK SQUAD took 3 trips to get the problem corrected. Employees varied from giving wrong information / left with only a partial solution/ to finally an employee that seemed knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to solve my problem.

I have had 2 driver issues with this computer. They returned the first one and now I have a driver issue with the second computer. The drivers seem to disappear and they cannot fix it. Spent 4 hours with HP support and now have to wait for a flash drive to be sent with preloaded drivers.

This is the worst computer I have ever used. The filesystem is broken and it is impossible to install anything. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Best Buy ripped me off! They did a junkout but did not refund ne the full amount i paid on this product and this is despite my having a full 3 yr warranty.

Had for two weeks computer crashed and screen went black. It malfunctioned 3 days after the refund was no longer available

Very bad working! Would like a full refund as a gift card. GIFT CARD I REPEAT.
