Some thing about the default settings will not allow connection to Wi-Fi in a hotel. All of my other electronics worked fine. Other than that, it’s OK for a laptop.

Network adapter errors

Battery life is zero

It wont get charged and runs low quick. I charged it and left it unused, only to find it at 23% this morning. It can't even last me 2hours. I honestly wish I get a new battery, Thank you.

Other than that it is decent.

Don't "upgrade" to Win11 until the software companies get caught up. I would never have bought this if I'd known how bad the operating system is. Can't even use my printer from this machine. I can print from my husband's Chromebook, but not from a Windows11 machine. Of course, I'd have never bought the Chromebook either if I'd known it used "apps" instead of software programs. Why would Microsoft copy Google? Using it is like writing the great American novel on a flip phone. This is tech going backwards.

My laptop was only eligible for return within the first 30 days but all the issues started after 2 1/2 months no surprise that's how they get you. Then you call HP and their support center is all foreigners who have a language barrier and communication is terrible. 2 HP computer I was loyal until this. NEVER again!

Poor service

Lengthy wait to for salesperson ... apparent lack of interest by the salesperson . After sales support by GEEK SQUAD took 3 trips to get the problem corrected. Employees varied from giving wrong information / left with only a partial solution/ to finally an employee that seemed knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to solve my problem.

They returned the first one and now I have a driver issue with the second computer. The drivers seem to disappear and they cannot fix it. Spent 4 hours with HP support and now have to wait for a flash drive to be sent with preloaded drivers.
