    I bought this laptop in January, used but it's like new. It's faster, better picture for videos and switches to a tablet. The only downside is that it is described as 14 inches but it actually measures 12 inches. Not sure if it's mislabeled or something. But it's still a great deal.

    This laptop is okay, have had several issues with sound but have been able to get them worked out with Microsoft support. Computer is slow but, you get what you pay for, and for this price I should have expected it.
