Not what I expected...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop in September for school and honestly I wish I had read more into the reviews and not made this purchase. It keeps dropping my wifi (and yes I have a brand new modem and router that does not give us trouble on our iPads, desktop, or gaming systems) and as of about a week ago I have had NO SOUND! I barely use this laptop(unless I have to take an exam or use WORD) and it would not even allow me to hear the sound for my Spanish exam. I also have a concern regarding the battery not lasting as long as it should even while being set to receive the best battery life.

Great process for selecting new computer

Being a Geek Squad member, I was able to get advice and assistance in purchasing a new computer. And they were able to secure and transfer my data. So happy with my new HP computer and the entire process.
