This lap top suits my needs as a teacher and a student. The tablet feature is awesome, although I must admit I don't use it that often. It is medium weight, easy to carry and the excellent quality that I expect from an HP product.

My old laptop would no longer support the class online I was taking and would at times just no longer work...it was 12 years old. The geek squad helped me set up and it seems to be so much easier and faster to use.

the build is solid and heavier than I expected but nice design and very functional. I know what I paid for but would have been nice if it runs a bit faster for what I thought I am getting. overall great value.

My son has been enjoying this machine. It's not flashy, but for a fairly modest price point he has been getting tons of use out of it. It's faster and more reliable than the previous laptop he was using.

I went into Best Buy looking for a cheap two in one laptop and was directed to this one. I really like it for what I paid for it. It could be faster but I know I got what I paid for. Overall I am pleased.

This laptop really hits the mark for use with homework and playing games. It is light and easy to transport. I would recommend this to anyone with grade school children. Really great equipment and price.

This computer is everything I need for grad school! Just need to get used to the differences before classes start! I love how much easier it is to type on this laptop compared to my old HP. I love the way the screen flips around smoothly! It wasn't too expensive. Best decision ever!

This laptop is okay for small jobs but If your needing it for school work or home business you might need something that packs a little more punch.

This laptop is a great item. It can be converted to a tablet. Very useful if for watching a movie. The specs is fast enough and the hard drive is also enough to store documents, photos and videos.

This computer/tablet is excellent. My only complaint is that it is not good for gaming at least not Minecraft. It is a little heavy and bulky. The i3 is a little slow , but I have also been used to an i5. I would rate this as a fantastic computer for a beginner.

Good compact laptop for college. It has 8gb of memory, but needs a better processor such as an i5 instead of an i3. Would be of good value if a bit cheaper.

The laptop was a great purchase for us. The speed of the processor is fantastic. For every day use I would recommend this laptop. Great for taking care of bills, school papers, and working from home

It's ok ,just not as easy to use as I thought it would be.I am used to an Android tablet so it will take a while to get used to.I haven't been able to spend very long at a time on it yet.

Got it for my daughter who is in middle school. She does all her homework through this and also uses it for her games. Screen resolution is great, speakers are decent for the price and fit and finish is very good - better than my Dell G7 for which I paid more.

Initially I bought two open box HP laptops geek squad certified. I had to bring them back the same day because one would not even log to desk top. The other shut down at random times while I used the computer. When I bought the HP brand new I had no problems with it.

Bought this laptop as an open buy. It appears it has been optimized by the Geek squad, meaning all the adware etc. has been removed leaving the speed fast and efficient. So far so good.

Nice computer that does what I got it for very well. My wife used it for school, writing papers, email and basic stuff. For this it had been excellent. It is not for the heavy stuff...

I bought this computer for my teenaged son. He says the sound is great. We got it for school work. I wouldn’t get it if you want something for gaming. But for the basics it works well.

I purchased this laptop seven months ago to attend my online college courses, I use it everyday and I have not had any issues with it.

Bought this to replace an iMac. Never thought I would go back to a PC. After much frustration on the iMac I deciided to purchase a new laptop. So far it has exceeded my expectations.
