Listen, if you are someone who is extremely busy and needs to quickly switch between typing on the keyboard to flipping the laptop to tablet mode for quick annotations, then this is exactly what you need.

I bought a JBL wireless speaker. It has smooth sound and the volumn is adequate.i like the fact that the speaker is waterproof because it is for a college student. I have used JBL in the past and I am satisfied with the product.

Fantastic. The two thunderbolt USB ports, the 4K screen resolution, the processor speed reported by Task Manager,and the 500 GB drive combine to make a top of the line product. I have already recommended it to two friends.

I cannot say anything bad about this machine. We bought it as a tool for sales department of our small office of 10 people. The machine had trouble connecting to our wifi. Up udated the drivers and it works well ever since.

Laptop is nice and lite to carry, The only problem is, it takes long to start when trying to log in.

This is a very versatile, very needed piece of tech fire me only problem is trying to upgrade the HDD with pieces I already had that were much larger.

Purchased laptop for sister and she really enjoys it but wishes it had a DVD rom option instead of having to get a separate other one. Otherwise she loves it

Is a nice upgrade from prior laptop before son goes to college. Needed more processing power (while still at a modest weight for carrying around to classes during the day).

I am okay, however I attempted to trade it in for a little larger computer but my days had expired. One issue it does not have enough places to add mouse etc

Set up was quick and easy. Virus protection and office software expired less than 30 days after purchase. I didn’t realize that at time of purchase.

Bought this laptop for our 12-yr old's birthday. He's been using his sisters hand-me-down for a while. This laptop gives so much bang for the buck, we're sure it will last him through middle school. GREAT BUY!

It doesn't feel as luxurious as my wifes nicer HP. But it performs just as well and does everything a college student would need a laptop to do.

Purchased as a replacement for a defective refurbished unit for our grandson. He is in high school and tough on electronics. This laptop has met all of his needs and more. For the money it has some great features.

Need more memory and a ssd drive to be a better pc very much bloated with ms and bugs down had to return

I purchased this lap top for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. She's able to play her games and she can use it for school assignments and projects without having to use my laptop.

This was a graduation present for my daughter starting college. She is going into cyber security and this was the laptop students in the actual program recommended instead of getting an expensive macbook.

I got this for my wife so she could have one to use when she wanted, My grand daughter broke my ASUS that same day! This laptop was a great replacement for the old one and I would buy another one in a heartbeat!

By far my fav. Laptop I’ve owned. After 18 months the right bottom corner of Screen popped out and hinge has now broke.

This is a really great hands on laptop that can turn into a tablet great battery life and still going strong happily

Purchased in July 2018 for my wife to use solely for school. We needed something that would last 18 months. Just 18 months and it didnt even make it 3. That is the only thing this laptop has been used for. No games, no internet (other then whats needed for her school), and no email. About a month ago the laptop lost all sound for no reason. We somehow got the sound to return, for about a month. Now the sound is gone again. Even HP troubleshooters cant figure it out.
