This computer met my needs for image heavy PowerPoint presentations and other basic functions. The tablet function of the screen was a bonus that I’m enjoying more than I expected! Would recommend.

Great computer and works well. The only downfall is it doesn’t charge anymore, I have to keep it plugged in.

We purchased this laptop exclusively for our scanning and storing of thousands of photos. Along with the Epson FastFoto scanner, we have an easy to use platform for what was a very tough project.

The laptop was too slow for an i3 processor and the price of dosen't worth the quality of the laptop

I was used to the camera on my Toshiba with a glass and this one is not as clear and sharp a picture.

This thing is a powerhouse before installing apps. While its speed is still ok after installing apps, the difference in speed is noticeable.

My wife and I bought this laptop for our daughter. She needed one for school. The screen is perfect for viewing documents or watching videos.

The laptop itself runs great, I have no problems with it; however, it is a little on the heavy side. It’s looks are quite deceiving.

I always shop HP. My last HP lasted me 7 years. I hope I get at least 5 out of this one. Great for price but. Bit slower than the last one

Good for about everything. Don’t really bother with the touchscreen aspect, but the screen is great as is the B&O speakers. If you need a laptop to just be a laptop and that’s it, this is it.

This computer has been absolutely great for the basics which i what i need it for. The picture and sound quality is quite great.

I haven’t had a HP product in 15yrs. So far I like Design Tablet function Productivity software I hope to play civilization on it.. It’s fills in the needs at the moment so thumbs up from me

This was a gift for my grandson. He is well satisfied with it. It does everything that he needs for college. Good value for the money.

I was really expecting more from this computer. The touch-screen is not sensitive enough. For the type of hard drive it has, it doesn't move any faster than my Acer. The keys are way too flat. I have nails so I have to make sure my nails (not fingers) are directly on them before typing. That slows me down. My fault, I purchased in store, but this computer was out of stock. My daughter us using this laptop for school work and so far it is working well, except the wifi is slower than other computers we have.

I am 79 years old. Needed something for internet and mail. Easy to set up . Connection to printer with Wifi also no problem. Best Buy personal were very helpful when I discussed my needs .

I like all the features on this HP laptop. Loading time is FAST. Attractive keyboard & overall look of computer. Great size for college student. With versatile hinge, it can be used like a tablet.

I got this for keeping track of household spending. Works great. I also needed to get Microsoft office but I have no complaints.

I liked this laptop for the first 6 months that I had it. It's reasonably fast, compact, and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately, the 2-in-1 design is very fragile, and recently, the hinge broke after only a few months of moderate use. This separated the two parts of the screen, making a small, hairline crack in the bottom right corner. It's still under warranty, so I'll be bringing it back for a refund soon.
