You can't beat the price for what you get in this 2-in-1 laptop: Touch screen, a bunch of full-sized ports, good battery life, attractive styling, etc. The only thing really holding this back from being great is the hard drive: a solid state HDD would be much more responsive. But, hey, that is the nature of those beast. Frankly, the added cost of the solid state would make this less of a good value. All in all, it's a great buy.

This was a convertible laptop in my price range and it is what I expected. Nice touch-screen. Gets the job done and not overpriced.

I was disappointed by the speed of the i3 processor. The newer generation didn't provide the improved speed that I anticipated. I found the screen was difficult to read due to the lower resolution 1366 x 768 after using a HD screen 1920 x 1080. It was surprisingly heavy and looked cheap with the black plastic everywhere. This would be fine for a starter computer. Guess I'll wait for a sale on a higher end model.

It is a bit slow but that is expected from a i3 processor. Comes with lot of unnecessary apps

I was only looking for a laptop to do emails and to browse the web to do basic necessities and this laptop was perfect for that

I like this computer the only thing I wish it had was more room to download my sons school. It don’t have a quick download time.

It stop working within a year and The Geek was able to repair and get it working again. I use it daily, a matter of fact I'm doing this review on it. Working great!

My daughter loves it but when you start it up each time it takes a while to load up. With todays tech it shouldn't take that long.

Very good quality made laptop, looks and feels also good. Does basic stuff very well. Slows down on heavy multitasking.

It has lots of driver errors which can be easily fix from the hp website. It works fine. Perfect for college assignments.

The fan is too loud, it's slow starting up, battery doesn't give a full 6 hours.

This laptop processes requests quickly and the touch screen is very responsive. I have only had this laptop for about a month, but so far so good because it works like a dream

Am enjoying this computer and once I got used to the light touch of the keyboard, I was fine working with it. I know the Geek Squad will be there to help if I run into any difficulty!

Received the laptop yesterday, was supposed to be "Open-Box Excellent" was described as Looks brand new, Includes all original parts/accessories, typically contains packaging. Laptop came in a brown box wrapped in clear plastic with the charging cord, no manual or instructions. Laptop also had what looked like a repair sticker on the adapter with a customer name on it. After plugging it in wouldn't turn on. Thought it needed to be charges so let it charge for about 15 hours. It did finally turn on, tried setting up, cut off several time during setup. Then cut of and would not turn back on. Returned it the next day. Geek squad wanted to send it out for repair, would take 10-14 days then the return window would be closed. Returned it, size and tablet option was nice but too many problems from the start. Purchased a Lenovo that so far is working much better.

This computer is great for everyday use. My wife uses it along with photoshop to edit photos. It is great for web browsing and such.
