    It’s a nice laptop but slow on startup and loading websites so I had to either take it back and get another one so I went ahead and installed a Samsung evo 860 SSD and now it’s really fast.

    It worked fined, but kept crashing every time I tried to email or upload a file via internet. I had contacted support and they could not resolve the issue; I ended up returning the product.
