Was not impressed with this laptop. Too many issues. Lines on the screen. Some letters and numbers on the keyboard not functioning properly.

I wanted to like this laptop, but in the end I had to return it. It's VERY slow for the price and stats. It simply gets stuck on a page or worse, it gets you kicked out of downloads or from the internet as a whole. I thought something was wrong with my network because of this laptop. It took me forever to install the most basic things such as office or an antivirus. Do yourself a favor and invest a little more, but stay away from this one. P.S. I still love pavilions. Just not this one.

It is far from the best HP that I have owned, when using FB or e-mail keeps going back to home page am very dis appointed should have gone up a few series

I brought the laptop for my little sister and she said it couldn’t keep up with her assignments. It kept taking a long time to load up and load up tabs.

Harder than i thought to get through. Would probably choose a different laptop next time. Maybe a chromebook. Ive always liked the hp brand however

Bought for my cousin going to college and its dose everything she needs it to do, but for technical person like me it doesn't have enough power

it is not a very good computer the sound stopped working and takes very long to turn on

At a cost of slightly under $600 I didn’t expect the machine to freeze as much as it does. Might have needed all updates. We’ll see.

Storage space is adequate in this price point, but I feel the start up speed should be much faster especially right out of the box.

Works well. The touch screen has come out in the lower right corner I assume from opening and closing

Laptop overheats so quickly.. CPU is always more than 60%.. bought it once returned it but stupidly bought the same laptop again because I thought i just got a bad one.. didnt use until return period was over and turns out it does the same thing. Super slow. Features are nice hence 2 starts but honestly I wouldnt want anybody to get the same.. my friend has one hers is wonderful but mine is horrible

It well. Some the keys don’t work. Hard to make the keys work when it does longer to work on the laptop

Decent laptop. Love the flip tablet feature. Expected more than a 500gb drive for this price as cheap as sata drives are.

I’d had a Pavilion before and loved how rugged it was for business travel. With this model, I’m afraid it will crash if I move it from the living room to the kitchen. It’s very temperamental. Also wish it had an additional USB port. Once printer and mouse are connected you are out of luck it you want to insert a thumb drive or other device.

I bought this to download my quick book app on to do payroll because they said it would work and it isn’t compatible

This is my opinion, either of the other opinion I don't know Nice laptop and not heavy but the ram is slow

It started out like a great buy, but soon after I purchased the laptop it started to freeze and crash, never got to enjoy my investment and return process was a hassle since it was over $500

It's a good computer. For the money it's worth it. Just beware of windows 10. Had nothing but issues due to it.

first week of having it was great then a month in the computer start being super slow. it takes like 5 minutes to load up something so simple (even though i have fast internet). the fan is also very loud like if i been having it for years . do not spend your money on this.
