good product but not as fast as i presumed.afterall i like it,

This pc is ridiculously slow and 2 months after buying it the speaker is broken. Ui can't play music because there is no sound. When i call hp they want to charge me 49.99 just to see what's wrong with it. I'm saving my money to buy an apple pc very soon. This is my 3rd hp pc and last!!!

It really looks nice still get to know about the performance

Laptop is good. it is slow but good for basic work.

After only a few weeks of owning my laptop, the hard drive totally died and I had to have to shipped out to get fixed, which got rid of all the information I had saved since they had to put in a new hard drive. The laptop and its features are nice and work well though.

The screen popped out after six months of use. The product is narketed as a convertible yet the hinges dont seen to be built for folding The keyboard was defective from day one some of keys dd not work Very disappointed

Purchased this laptop to take on vacation and it would not connect well 2 Wi-Fi when another laptop next to it would connect fine and Run well. This model runs pretty slowly and I recommend spending a little more money for a better configuration

Not happy that we had to spend $220 to fix the hinge on the computer. This computer is treated very well and this would have had to happen after a little over a year. Too much plastic in the HP computers.

This particular computer had to be returned. It never worked correctly. The speakers didn't even work upon set up. I took it in within the return period and had geek squad trouble shoot the speakers. Not only could they not get them to work, it "blue screened". Needless to say, I returned the computer for a different hp.

hp laptops are not my favorite ..but i got this one anyway ..beautiful design but super noisy fan ...and overheating .. thanks god the return policy.. got a dell 7000 series ..so far so good with this one ..

Screen disconnected from keyboard very shortly after purchase. Some keys are now not responding. Battery does not last as long as it used to Charger input very messed up. Noy happy

My computer lasted less than 30 days before it started to freeze. I returned to the ad tore 3x for repair.

This laptop is so slow and constantly hot. The fan is always running. had to ditch it and buy a MacBook. Save your money.

I bought this for my son prior to his freshman year of college. This lasted a year before it died. He bought himself a Macbook before his sophomore year began in September.

This laptop did not live up to my expectations for an HP. I usually love HP products but this just did not live up to the name.I returned it and bought an Apple Mac and was so glad I did.
