Nothing loads, nothing runs and sadly I could not return it. I will never buy another HP again as a result of this computer. Not recommended

Extremely dissapointed

There is not a scratch on it. Yesterday I opened it up and the bottom rt of screen popped out and cracked. I'm on a fixed income, now have to try to find the money to get it fixed. It's so sad as to how things are made today.

Absolutely terrible

It went into recovery mode one day and HP support had to walk me through restoring the system to a previous version. This laptop is complete garbage.

It was used no more than 10 times in that period of time. I would not recommend this devise to a friend or a family member. Poor quality!!!
