    My last HP I’ve had since 2011 and was giving me problems with logging on. Tried a Chrome Book and didn’t work out, then I went to the store and found this one. It’s lighter than my old one and the processor is much faster. Hope it last just as long as my last if not longer. I recommend this to anyone that does schoolwork and personal things like taxes and resumes.

    Love the way it fixes everything automatically. I worked as a software engineer in QA department for 15 years before retiring almost 20 years ago. It seems I am still having to learn all the time. This product is wonderful and that I don’t have to figure out how to fix everything myself. It is all automatic and I was able set up the computer by myself.

    I was in dire need of another laptop with schools shutting down and kids having to be home schooled during the last quarter of their school year. I gave it to my oldest and it worked out great. Geek Squad did the set-up for us. It should easily be enough to last through High School and hopefully into some college before needing an upgrade.
