Love the laptop and my son loves it too especially for drawing.

I've been buying hp for years. I really wanted to love this laptop but unfortunately, that did not happen. When I first brought it home it worked quite well. It was quick and startup was so much faster than what I'm used to. I thoroughly enjoyed having the fingerprint sensor but tbh, it never really worked right. Many times when I would place my thumb, it would not read and I would need to reposition my thumb. After having the laptop for about 12 days, the fingerprint sensor stopped working altogether and I also could no longer login with my pin. I went into the settings and deleted both my saved fingerprint and my pin. I was able to recreate a new pin, but the fingerprint sensor wouldn't accept a new print. I ended up returning it on the last eligible day. There were also some issues with my touchscreen. It worked when it wanted to. Sometimes when I touched the screen nothing happened. Other times I would touch it and the screen would go crazy as if it was too sensitive or too responsive. Maybe I simply got a bad laptop by accident and the others are okay. But if you're looking to purchase this model, keep a close eye on your return period.

This computer has a lot of nice features. I use the backlight on the keys a lot during the evening hours. The finish is very rich looking and easy to keep clean. Picture is clear and sharp. Overall, great laptop for the price.

I love how easy it is to use and the size is perfect to carry

Very nice quality. Super fast processor, awesome features. Its a handy laptop to have. Works well for everyday computing use, or for school, work, whatever. I highly recommend.

Not a lot of memory but good for work no for videos or games

I didn't realize it came with Windows 10 S, and didn't understand the limitations. I have since talked to several people with the same issue. I figured out what to do, but I think there be a choice when purchasing. Otherwise, I am very happy with my choice Thank you

Excellent devise, excellent sound, picture. Just what I need to get my job done. Using zoom more than ever due to the quarantine. I thank God for devices we can use to communicate with others and share words of encouragement. God is so good. Remember Jesus loves you.

In general nice looking & good performance. Don’t like the color of gold keys & light letter on them. If you are not real good at typing w/o looking at key board it’s difficult see letters. Now I also see early problem with the screen having a fine line from top to bottom.

Bought this laptop for my daughter as she began High School, as a computer is a necessity for doing homework, turning in homework, & connecting to her school’s on-line network. She loves it & it has really made starting High School much easier! Would definitely purchase this again!

My review is for the HP - Pavilion x360 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 128GB Solid State Drive, We got this computer for my office use, and it's good so far! It was packaged very nicely in an HP box so it would not brake. It has a very sleek design, and works great! Would recommend buying from this company.

Easy set up, good size for travel. Perfect for my needs.

The primary function is to allow me access to the internet. My biggest problem is Microsoft. The program is far to complicated for as an older person to dig into and figure to use. The question of recommend or not is not a black or white issue. It would depend on who the person is and what they wantes in a computer.

I’ve had this laptop for almost a year and I have not had any major problems with it. The only problem I’ve had so far was the screen blinking out, but it’s only happened once. Not sure what caused it, but it returned back to normal within a few seconds.

This is my first laptop and I am very pleased with the power, battery life, memory size, and screen resolution. The HP is stylish and easy to hold though it is a little bit heavier than I expected. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend this laptop.

I needed a new computer and did not like the one I had. I choose HP because many friends said it is a good one. I agree, it is but I wish I would have not bought the 14", I wish I would have gone bigger. I miss the number pad and the layout of a wider keyboard. The computer itself is great and easy to use.
