fast delivery. well packaged. easy setup and installation. Then I try to install some internet security software only to find that this machine comes locked down. I was able to unlock and install the internet software so I am protected and happy. But beware for those who don't want to deal with the hassle.

This is a really great 2 in 1 touchscreen laptop. I switched from an HDD to an SSD, and could not be more thrilled. The finger sensor is nice when logging in as well. They upgraded sound is nice. And the light gold exterior is classy and trendy. Highly recommended!

Very easy to set up and use. I don't use the tablet/touch screen option as much as I thought I would, but it's still nice to know its available. I'm still navigating through all the options available on this laptop. But so far, I have only positive things to say about it.

great purchase and woth no regrets. feels good not to have to worry about another computer for atleast 10 years. they were so helpful when i went to look for one because i have always went through so many and it seemed so quickly.

So far so good. Runs perfectly and everything. Good processor. Love everything about it. Only thing bad is the fingerprint reader, has a hard time reading my finger but not a big deal. 360° works perfectly. Has no flaws with the over system of the computer

I wanted the touch screen when it was time to replace my old computer. After speaking with an HP rep that was at my local Best Buy. I purchased this one. I have been happy with it. I wanted to wait a while after purchase to review.

Purchased for husband who didn't need or want another (4th) computer, so it was returned untouched. Specs on this laptop looked good, especially the 8GB RAM. Shortcoming was the SSD of only 128GB instead of more common 1TB disk-based hard drive.

Bought this laptop to do light things on as it is a i3 and it is awesome! If your looking to do lots of things as well as multitasking then an i7 or i9 is a better route for you.

So far, I’m a fan of the machine. I haven’t owned a personal computer since graduating college 15 years ago, but knew I would need something to help me stay connected during the shut downs. The flexibility of swapping between the laptop to tablet functions is nice!

Great display and easy to use! I bought this computer to also let my 6 year old use as a tablet for some of his school work and he loves the computer as well! I would highly recommend this computer for whatever your needs may be.

I haven't used it much yet, I like the color and just wish there were more color selections. I also like the size but I am a bit disappointed on the weight of it, I feel like it could have been a bit lighter. So far it has been simple to use as a laptop and have not tried it as a tablet.

Great laptop in its price range. Owned a previous version of this laptop with Intel Core i3 and 250GB hard drive. This is an upgrade to Intel Core i5, 8th generation with a 128GB solid state drive and a little better resolution and sound.

This 2 in 1 has been perfect for me. It allows me to work remotely and meet with clients and have them sign electronically on the tablet. It’s a great purchase for those uses. I haven’t used it for anything other than that.

It was an unexpected purchase. But I am glad I got it. The battery life on the computer is pretty good. The option of loggin is nice because you can use a pin or your fingerprint. The audio is pretty loud which is what I wanted.

This is the second HP x360 that I've owned. I broke my first one and its was the same price to get a new computer over a new screen. It's a good little compact and lightweight laptop. Great for work. Very economical.

My daughter had blue screen issue too but after that cleared up it was smooth sailing for her. Had the memory and speed ahe needed for school and to do her digital art work.

This computer was recommended by a Best Buy employee and I am very happy with it. It is very fast to load and has a quick response. I am using one drive to save my documents in the Microsoft cloud and it works awesome.
