I purchased this computer so I would be able to have my own. I love the size and how fast it is. I enjoy using it to look up items and recipes. It is easy to transport also. It fits nicely on my desk.

Bought this computer for my son for Freshman year in college. He needed a laptop and this one seemed to have all that we were looking for for a good price. He hasn't had any trouble with it so far!

Previously had a MacBook Air but wanted something more versatile. This laptop is perfect! The 2in1 setup and fingerprint login sold me. Would definitely recommend for high school or college students.

Love the laptop it does what I need and never runs slow for me. My kids use it for school reports and research as well. Only thing I could say I don't like it the sensitivity when you thumb hits the mouse pad when typing. Overall works perfect !!!

My husband is so very illiterate when it comes to tvs and laptops and phones. The guys at best buy were very helpful. We for sure would buy another laptop from them.

I don’t much care for the settings display but outside of that pretty good little laptop. No overheating issues. connectivity is good. operates with several screens open and streaming.

I love how lightweight this laptop is, but I don't like the blinking light when it's on and I don't like the power button on the edge of the unit instead of safely inside when the lid is down.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas and the hinge behind the monitor broke away from the case and has completely destroyed the screen. If you look up broken hinges and Pavillion x360 you'll see that it is apparently a fairly common problem. The hinge screws into the case behind the monitor into a small plastic piece. The plastic completely broke away from the case where the screws are so I'm unable to fix it. I should have definitely got the repair warranty for this item.

This is a great laptop for the price. I haven't had any issues so far battery last about 5 hours single charge and charges pretty fast. It's only been a month so far but no complaints.

Great basic computer Was purchased for my husband who is not computer savvy. Geeks set it up for him so it is very easy for him to go right where he wants to. Thank you!!!

Easy to use if you are technology inclined. I had a friend to help me navigate and once she showed me it was easy to navigate. It has many features that are useful for my needs. It meets my expectation and more. I consider this a great buy.

I have this computer for over 3 years already is really nice computer till now I haven’t had any issues with it it’s working really good and the price was just right.

We did not receive the 17” black laptop that we wanted. Instead, we were given the 14” silver Pavilion. It’s fine for how I use it. When the bill arrived, my husband decided to call billing to be sure we received the promised “no interest for 6 months”, since it did not say so in the mailed billing paperwork. The CSR said that feature was not included, but they would adjust it. Then we received a confirmation letter, that was worded as if we were asking for something special. Is this all a bait & switch operation?

I purchased this for my daughter before we went on lockdown because I had a feeling home school would be in our near future. This laptop is wonderful, we get so much use out of it!!

Light and quick is how I would describe this laptop. It works perfect for my video editing and digital art. Would highly recommend for someone always on the go and with limited time.

I like my new hp laptop. I was concerned about windows 10 because I have been using Windows 7 for many years. The windows 10 is no problem at all. I enjoy the features on my new laptop.

I bought this laptop for college and digital illustration on the side, and it's perfect for both. It's fast, reliable, and relatively easy to use. Somewhat of a big investment, but worthwhile.

Recently bought, so far so good. Great size and perfect for the mix of personal and business work that we need to use it for. Doesn’t have a backlit keyboard, would have been a nice feature but not worth the extra cost.

Fast, reliable, fast start-up. I purchased this computer for my high schooler. It does the job.

Bought it in store and when I got home, it worked perfectly! Always been satisfied with HP laptops. Definitely recommend this product for anyone simply wanting a personal laptop.
