    I bought this computer because I couldn’t get on to the computer, now I’m having the same problem, I got the webroot for protection but that isn’t working. I get this loud alarm to call Microsoft that my computer is hacked, so I called the phone number on webroot,they told me to control alt delete for task manager, but that isn’t working to get them off.I’m totally disgusted. I don’t know what else to do.
