My daughter got this for college and it is great! Just the right size and not too heavy. The fact that it has a touchscreen is great!

We are not gamers or heavy streamers so we probably don't need this much capability. Got office 365 when we purchased the laptop so everything we need is part of our laptop package. It was pretty easy to get set up. I would suggest keeping contacts on the cloud - migration is easier than re-creation. I'm still getting used to the touch screen so that's something for the tech challenged. Techies will love, I'm sure.

After our +/- 10 year old laptop started showing it's age we bought this HP laptop for my wife to pay bills and process E-Mail. it is much faster than the old laptop {also HP} and we are very pleased with it.

Kept running into problems with Windows 10 upgrades to my old computer. Decided to upgrade. This little laptop is a lot faster and has sufficient storage for what I need. Like the keyboard. Back lit keyboard has good sized keys that are responsive. Two price reductions in return period was a good savings. No trouble from Best Buy with price match. It also qualified for extended interest free financing for small payments. Four stars because of its small size it doesn’t have number keypad or dvd writer.

I bought this computer to replace my old one. The price is right and excellent performance. The only issue is the hard drive, 256 GB

I went into Best Buy to purchase a laptop I had spent days researching. Thankfully that laptop wasn't in stock. I walked in assuming that the sales associate was going to attempt to upsell me on a more expensive laptop than I'd originally budgeted for. Not only did he find me a much better laptop than I had researched, it was also in my price range! I am so appreciative of him for his help! This laptop has surpassed my expectations! I love the fact that it is a touchscreen and can flip into a tablet (Super neat!).

This laptop is fine. It is a 2-in-1 touchscreen. However, the fan can be noisy and sometimes runs a bit slow.

This is a good portable laptop not too big just the right size, very light weight the speaker is loud sound is great.

My daughter enjoys her new netbook 2n1. She uses it for school. Oh t has all the features that she wanted along with the size.

Great laptop! I bought this one sale and with my student discount for school. For the specs I got the computer at nearly half the price that a Microsoft Surface or some of the Lenovo’s are priced at. I don’t need anything fancy. Just to do school papers and assignments on. The computer is fast and great at multitasking. Glad I bought this one over spending more money for the same specs.

Coming from Mac, I had to get used to navigating Windows again. However, the laptop is really well made, and after a month of use, I am quite pleased by its functionalities. It is really quick and works very well whether it’s for surfing the web or working on Microsoft programs. I am a basic user, so I am using it mostly for school work and work-related things. I cannot attest on how games would perform - I think gaming is suited be better on gaming computers honestly. The laptop is sleek and has a nice keyboard. Startup runs fast, and I like how it unlocks with fingerprint (so you don’t need to type your password if you are lazy). I also like the very highly resolute screen - everything is clear. The laptop can also be folded back all the way and transformed into a tablet if desired. The only caveat is that the laptop does not recognize my headphones unless I restart the laptop. I’m unsure why this happens, but I hope to get new headphones that hopefully works. Also the touchpad is a bit laggy at times, but I rely on my mouse most of the time. Overall, great laptop!

I’m very happy with my choice! It’s beautiful and the size is perfect! The price was well worth it for me!

The laptop is so east and convenient that I have purchased 3 within the year. One for me and two gifts.

I wanted a lightweight laptop which can double as a tablet for my daughter going off to college. I have a similar one in a different brand but the HP was a good deal and we decided to try it. So far she is thrilled with it, it boots up very fast due to the SSD and has good battery life also.
