    This computer is a real stripped down model with minimal features. I am going back to Best Buy to upgrade. I bought it sight unseen due to plague lockdown. I was very disappointed after retiring my old large HP/Compac (smooth fast operation). This new computer is very small and slow. The reason it is slow is due to the tight keyboard and ridiculously touchy key pad. Windows are flying around and popping up all the time; Windows 10 issues The tasks are slow because you have to be super careful what you do or errors are created where you have to stop and make corrections when typing and browsing. The cursor jumps out of position. The page up and page down control is quirky and unresponsive.: what's up with this? Also text can be erased by accident on regular basis. No CD drive and minimal USB ports do not work for me at all,
