not yet installed. my frustration was with the way I was upsold on the installation and the sales agent told me that it would a small addition to add installation of the sound bar mount. When we got to the bill, it was the same cost $99 for each, and he never mentioned that the "small addition" was equal to the original cost, doubling the cost. This doesn't seem like a good value proposition, but I had little other choice but to continue with the purchase, but buying best buy geek squad protection and services has been less valuable than was originally proposed when we bought it.

I bough this computer as a backup system after Christmas. It worked find but it wouldn’t hold a charge longer than an hour. I called HP, they suggested I return the computer to Best Buy. This was the best option, given I would have to return it to HP, this process would take more than a week. I didn’t want to wait that long. I returned it to Best Buy, and I purchased a Microsoft 2019 Surface computer. The Surface is what I recommend, no comparison to the the HP.

Computer was fine but now not holding a charge, and don’t like that the power button is on the side

Key board keys started loosening up. I see potential replacement in future after some use. It’s still new under one month of use so will see how it goes. True rating to assign would be premature.

The screen on this laptop started cracking in the top left corner and continued all the way across the screen. It was kept in a laptop bag and not mishandled. Based on other reviews online, it is a design flaw on the convertible units. I called HP and they refused to do anything, blamed it on us. I would really think long and hard about purchasing one of these! I will have to use it cracked but I am done with HP for any future needs.

nice graphics and for type of unit it is does well only reason for average mark it has win 10 if I wanted apps I would you my phone . win 10 doesn't do it for me bring back 7 !

The same as my other laptop with a slightly larger screen. The annoying thing about it , as with other laptops , when you rest the heel of your hand on it when typing stops.

Seemed like a good laptop but the battery kept going out within one or two uses had to have it replaced twice

The majority of the laptop is plastic and and feels very cheap. Of course, the processor is too weak for anything other than email and casual web search.

I had some bad experience with the battery. Device did not last very long. I ended up getting a dell

The store sold me this by mistake. It wasn't what I needed. The 720 HD was not good enough for me. I had to return it for what I was looking for.

We could get a better configuration of the same model with a less price.

Laptop has lasted my wife over a year with no issue. Seems to be a solid laptop.

You can't code but you can use small apps and Microsoft. It feels durable. Took it back for the newest computer.

Very solid laptop / tablet, good performance, serves my basic needs - emails, Netflix, pay bills, and google search

This is a good starter computer for anyone. The bad thing is it can't play DVDs like my other computer.

Was not impressed, OKK for the money, I had a Dell before and liked it better.

I been having problems with my computer since purchase, I did purchase warranty had computer sent in twice for repair, today will be the third time, so want a warranty refund and a new computer at this point no more trying to repair.

Okay item. Wouldn’t buy another HP. Go with Lenovo.
