not real happy with keyboard set up would like number board on the side

It won't connect to my printer & the store won't. I went to the store to let them know the problem I'm having but they told me because I did purchase the geek squad for $199 additional they can't help. This is ridiculous. I want to make a complaint

It’s ok but it could have been smaller and smarter

Was a great computer, but out of nowhere, the motherboard died and the computer was completely useless. Did not even have it for 2 years and was very careful to never drop it or anything like that.

I was suggested for this one and it's been more than 6 months I h sass very been using it, one of my worst decision to buy it, waste of my money and when I try resell I am getting the worst resale value for this model.

My first purchase when I got home and turned it on the screen was busted. I exchanged it and when I got home I thought everything was good until I placed it from my lap to my table and the screen went black. I restarted it and thought maybe it was a sleep mode setting, turned it off and as soon as I moved it again, black screen. Safe to say I fully returned it and didn’t get a third one. For the people who have no problems, I wish I was you because this seemed like the perfect fit for me but all the issues I had doesn’t seem worth all that money

My touch screen stopped working on the 15th day. I was told it is a bad driver, it has to be sent off to see if it can be fixed. My only option!!!

One month in I started having proble. The mouse would jump all over the page at random times. It ran extremely slow and I wasn’t doing that much work on it. Battery life is trash. Now I have to take it back to store because the fan stopped working and now it won’t turn on.

Overheated the first day using and fan is very loud and sounds like it’s over workin not worth the money , I will be returning it

I would think twice about making another purchase again. Hard computer to get programs loaded on. Easier to use now after 1 week of problems.

I had to return this. The sound was very bad. I expected better of an HP product. It was disappointing.

I have had the worst experience with you guys that I would probably never come into your store again you guys are a joke If you would get your you know what start you would know it was not me who bought this computer it was my mother her name happens to be Elaine Greve so get your transactions straight Your not even a one star and your geek squad is worthless so quit sending me emails

I haven’t got my package. It was suppose to be delivered on May 1st, but it the size of the package was oversized , so it went back to the post office. I tried to pick it up, but I was informed that “They’ll have to find it”.So I couldn’t pick it up. Long story short, I bet this laptop would’ve been great, and have access to do school work & etc.

I loved this laptop until I had it for about a year. Then the day that I get a notification that the warranty is out, suddenly it does not work. The screen won’t turn on, it doesn’t beep, the power button will not even light up, all of a sudden. It booted up just fine, then suddenly it shut off completely.
