A bad experience

Yet, found that it has wears and no charger. I replaced it by another one then discovered that the keyboard was not working. I ended up returning the second one as well and canceling the idea of buying a new laptop.

PC for grad student

Then we started having issues with a few of the center keys not responding. We take great care of it electronics, and we were disappointed this pricey pc had issues so soon after purchase.

DO NOT BUY, BREAKS EASILY

The keyboard and mousepad frequently break and will not work. HORRIBLE PRODUCT

Took it to Geek Squad a d motherboard needs to be replaced which would cost more than the computer. Will NEVER buy HP again.

Keyboard looks used

Noisy, cooling fan issues

I love it!

Me and my laptop have gone through so much in these past years! It works great. The 360 feature is so amazing. I love being able to fold up my laptop and use it as a tablet. The touch screen feature has also been helpful when having to electronically sign forms or just draw for fun!
