Nice sleek design that includes a fingerprint pass code. Is fast for most applications and it is a very good travel and go laptop.

Today I had quite a few issues with some purchases I made here. However, I had Eli Van Dooren, an Agent for the Geek Squad, provide me some of the best customer service I've had in a while. Not only did he help me get a new computer but he was also very understanding and helped me through the entire process. Sophie, one of the managers, also helped me out tremendously with recommending me other computers that worked better with the style and type I needed. I would definitely recommend this Bellingham location if you have any problems or questions. Very happy :)

I really enjoy this computer. It is a size that is convenient to handle and the screen comes up readily when turned on. It is an overall good computer.

This laptop is a good basic machine. It was not purchased for gaming. It has plenty of speed for MS Office applications and using the Internet.

The display is awesome. The laptop is very convenient to use as a tablet. the touchscreen works really well. The touchpad is nit as easy to use.

Great performance and never slows you down no matter how heavily you use it. The only cons is the fan sound which cannot be stopped unless the charging cable is taken out

this is the first HP laptop i have ever purchased, and so far no complains. This laptop is very fast and reliable, is perfect for what i need.

I purchased this for school use. I love its overall appearance and it is easy to carry any where. I would highly recommend this laptop.

I used this computer for about 3 years. I had a problem with the speakers for a while but was fixed with a update.

So good, really responsive and fast, cortana is a great help, Like the touch screen and the flip over design. Can't wait to buy computer pen.

I got this laptop for 200 less on black Friday and honestly I feel that even at the regular price this computer would have been a bargain
