Having had HP desktops in the past, I decided to get an HP laptop - it is amazing. Easy to use and I really like the 2 in 1 feature so I have a laptop and a tablet. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a laptop.

We purchased two of these laptops for our college students. Both laptops sound failed after one and half months. Crazy slow and sluggish! We did not purchased extended warranty as we believe (and still do) that it's just added marketing scheme to get customers to spend more money on the same product. We rarely use if ever used warranties. Bestbuy refuse to have anything to do with us now. Now, we are going to hp so called warranty. Will update if hp handle this professional.

I got this item for school and really helped me a lot. It runs really well. Not that big of a deal but just the fan was loud.

As always HP is a top of the line brand exceeding in every product they can provide. Great slim and quick processor great for students and for daily usage. Obviously not recommended if your a student with engineering courses or courses which require high capacity programs but if you are using Microsoft office browsing simple programs etc. this is the best product you can get for the price.

Got it for a cheaper price for cyber Monday sale. And it’s one to watch for a beginners like a student

this laptop is great for what I need. would like for laptop case I purchased to have more pockets.

I've had this product under a year, I only use it occasionally for college work and it is already causing me issues. It makes a clicking sound while running, the hard drive is starting to run hot so the fan is constantly on, and it is not quiet. I purchased up from the other model just to have decent quality. I would say, after 6 months and these concerns, I wouldn't buy this if I were you.

I purchased this for my wife. It has all the features she wanted in a lightweight, flexible stylish laptop. She loves it.

I was looking for a computer for work which does the basics, not interested in gaming here, that's what my desktop is for. Anyway I was surprised at how hard it is to find something that just does the job without issue. If this sounds like what you are looking for I don't see how you couldn't be satisfied. It's a nice looking solid laptop.
