Updates suck

With that said in the six months that I have had it there has been multiple updates I have crashed and ruined my speakers and microphone. I have came in to Best Buy and they told me they could not assist me. If you’re having the same issue contact ou I am a student, and it’s a very good computer for a student. They have assisted me although I am very disappointed that in the last six months that I’ve had this problem four times!! I would not recommend this computer because the updates on it sucks.

It operates efficiently, but the keyboard area seems to be separating from the under carriage if that makes sense. The good news is that it is under warranty so I plan to take it to Best Buy for examination. Also, it came with one year of McAfee Protection, and I began receiving renewal notices after 3 months. Overall a good computer for what I need.
