Great computer, absolutely love it. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating is bc three days after purchase the laptop turned blue and has a loud sketching noise, brought it in and their was a manufacturer error with the software. Got it taken care of and every since runs like a champ. Great college laptop

great for school and work - small and easy to carrier

I run a lot of power points, documents, and have multiple internet tabs open at once. It runs great! The finger print log on is really nice too. I've had it for 4 months and use it every day. I haven't had any issues with it.

I have an Apple Mac and found that I also needed a pretty basic pc. Purchased this laptop not realizing how easy it would be to use. I haven’t had a pc since Windows 7. Am able to get around it easily and it works great for my embroidery programs. So glad I picked this one!!!!

Purchased this 2 in 1 laptop a few months back and Im so happy that its mine. I literally do everything from my laptop, even writing this review! I have a loooong while before I'll need to upgrade, because of the style, the 360 design and the silver finish. I absolutely love it!

This is an average performing laptop priced right.

My daughter wanted a replacement for an Asus notebook of some vintage. She saw this online and it had all she wanted - a 2 in 1 notebook, touchscreen, i5, 8GB memory, solid state drive, relatively small and lightweight. Has worked like a charm. HP quality via Best Buy.

I got this laptop for my husband so that he had something other than his cellphone to use the internet. It only has 128gb and the system pretty much takes up half of that. So if you don't store your pictures and other stuff online or to another device, don't expect this to give you much help in that department.

This laptop works flawlessly and is perfect for any generation. The light-up keyboard is helpful for working in a low light situation without being too bright. The SSD is the way to go for a younger user since it loads faster. Great deal during back-to-school sales.

My EIGHT year old laptop finally stopped working so I was forced to buy a new one. I like the 2-in-1 feature (although I don't use it a lot). It boots up quick and is very responsive. The only issue I have is the fan. It turns on and stays on for long periods of time even when I'm not doing anything.

I use this computer for DJing purposes and it works like a dream. Super fast response due to the SSD, beautiful display, the lit keyboard is great for the dark rooms I play in every weekend. The USB type C plug in is great for my type C hard drive. Great addition.

I was looking for a new computer for school, the associates at best buy helped explain about this computer and how it would work best for me. I have been using it for school for over a month and i absolutely love it! Easy to use and work with. Great computer!!

I originally purchased a different brand of computer that was rated top of the line. It was sleek but there were multiple features that I didn’t like or need. My prior computer was an HP and I will continue to stay with this brand. It’s reliable and easy to use.

This product is really good for everyday use like to download movies or music and it does it really well. I bought this for my girlfriend's daughter that's in high school and she loves it. She also plays computer games on it and it doesn't get stuck at all.

I purchased my HP Pavillion from Best Buy at the Bronx Terminal Market after a friend recommended the store. When I arrived a store attendant assisted me with picking this laptop. I've had my laptop for 4 weeks and can say I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Looks good, feels good. My only problem is that the CPU fan becomes noisy and the laptop gets quite hot when working hard. This seems to be a particular problem with the Firefox browser.

so far this computer has been nothing but great fast connection easy to use and great sound and picture quality. watching videos/movies, notes for class. even gaming is all fast and easy

this is my second HP pavilion x360. It is light and easy to use. At age 77, I relied on Geek Squad to get me started and to clone an earlier computer. So far so good. I also bought the full warranty as that helped the last time an earlier HP died

We bought this for our daughter that is in college. She absolutely loves it. We had one issue with the screen not wanting to turn on but it was under warranty so it was sent out and fixed free of charge. It is nice and thin and lightweight.

Had this laptop for two years now and it still runs good. It does more than an MacBook. My cousin who owns a MacBook had to use my laptop to do a assignment because her MacBook couldn’t do what she wanted it to do.
