We were looking at a number of laptops, but needed specific features and the right price. We were fortunate to have a salesperson who understood our needs and budget. My daughter's happy with the laptop and I'm happy with the affordability.

Perfect laptop for taking online classes. It does everything that i need it to do with no problem. I don't use it for movies or anything, but I'm sure it could handle it. My husband has used it a few times for d&d.

The laptop is great there's no problems with it. there was a few things I think that could be improved such as the fingerprint scanner. Also the default setting in the Bios is to always have the fan enabled. I was slightly surprised for that to be the default setting as it is SSD.

Got this for a gift and she loves everything about it. I've used it a few times and it has been very quick and responsive. Gave it a four star because seem to have issues with Cortana responding to voice command while pc is "resting". Otherwise Cortana seems to function fine.

Honestly this was just what my wife needed. It lets you multi task, nice screen ( not extreme HD but still very nice ) . Only thing I’d have to say is the white backlight keyboard against the silver keys isn’t the best in strong light.

I’m loving my new HP laptop! I actually went in to buy a different one and the Best Buy salesman showed me this one and compared the two for me. This is my first laptop with a solid state drive and I’m so glad I got this one!

Great laptop! This laptop is light and starts up very quickly. Being able to flip the screen and either use the body of the computer as a stand or turn the laptop into a large tablet is a very cool feature. I love my new laptop!!!!

Saw online for black Friday and liked specs so purchased, went to store and checked this model and less expensive model and no sound on either!?! Rep troubleshoot but u able to resolve. Saw reviews showing same issue, purchased a Samsung notebook 7 spin 2-1 and very happy with it. Was looking to stick with HP based off previous desktop that lasted 10 years but not wanting to deal with sound issues

So far so good, but the battery is not last long , it would be great if the battery can be longer. Hope i can use this laptop for at lest 2 years, and i hope it wont have the problem come out in the future as no sound . (that some people mentioned in the reviews)

I am in love with my purchase I had been looking for months and Chris at Best Buy in Bluffton showed me this convertible laptop and I couldn’t be happier it’s smooth, sleek design makes it easy for carrying around on the go!

Unfortunately I returned this computer for one with more memory. Other than that it worked well.

The laptop in working fine. However if I run multiple programs and video. It gets noisy like it’s working hard. Besides that the product seems promising. I use it for business 95% of the time. Run basic office programs, word, excel, internet mail.

This computer is amazing especially for school. I have nothing negative to say. I’ve read reviews of people complaining about the noise when charging, but you barely hear it. You’ll only notice if you’re in a quiet area

One of the best 13" ~ 14" laptops for teenagers. Great quality and easy to use for family. light weight with solid body structure for kids to carry to school every day. Great value and discount.

Bought 2 of them for my daughters...one for college and the other for school.they are happy with them. It has a great processor..works fast when they have several windows open. Also great sound and image.good quality.

This middle of the road laptop is great for all the everyday tasks. The highlight for me is the quick boot times with a Solid state drive. I haven't had it long so reliability is yet to be determined, but I'm happy so far!

Went to best buy looking for a cheap laptop to surf the internet and run word and excel. This was more than I wanted to spend but, I'm very happy with my purchase. Nice little laptop. Not a lot of bloatware.

The design is sleek and innovative. The software and OS system performance is good. I love it. Switching to tablet mode is an awesome feature. Gotta try and keep the screen clean of fingerprints as much as possible.
