I absolutely love my laptop. I've been using it for 2 years now with no problem. Good picture and sound quality, even got another one for my younger sister.

I really like it. One complaint would be that the USB port and charger slot are right together. I have to use an external USB for all the things I plug in. Makes things a little tight. But over all I'm very happy with it.

Great laptop for a student. My grandson uses it for school and of course to watch videos! I did not want to get a laptop for gaming. This one is perfect.

Computer works well for work and grad school. Used mainly for Microsoft programs and internet research. Only con is the sensitivity of the touchpad can be off, but we started using a USB wireless mouse so no big deal.

The computer is really premium, and the speakers and audio system is really good and clear, display is very good. The performance is good you can do low end gaming and you can do a lot of work on it.

Works like a dream so far. Does exactly what I need it to! Last computer was destroyed when foster dog dumped a glass of iced tea on the key board. This one is a perfect replacement.

I am over the moon about this laptop! I've wanted a 2 in 1 for so long and this has everything else I need for a laptop that will last some years! I'm so impressed with it!

Purchased this for my wife for Christmas. Its been a great computer for her and has done everything she's needed it for, as well as watching her favorite shows.

Great PC for someone who had never used windows 10 before. The last laptop I had was running windows vista so this was a big change. It was easy to use and the battery life is pretty good.

It's a great laptop, very stylish. Everything I need for everyday use and work is here. The only problem is the laptop is pretty cold during night. But overall, with the 14 inches I literally can take it anywhere.

Wonderful computer. I bought this for my high school daughter. She loves photography and is having a lot of fun implementing her programs on his computer. So happy we purchased it

This laptop is excellent. It has met and exceeded our expectations. Love the feature where you can wrote a math problem out and then get help to break down the steps to solve the problem.

This laptop has become an instant family favorite! I bought one and then my wife bought a very similar one. We are extremely happy with the combination of performance and size.

Small light weight and does everything I need. Love this little lap top for travel and work on the go. I needed something small enough to not get in my way or be to clumsy to carry.

Got it for my older sister. The ssd makes startup really fast. The 15.6" 2 and 1 laptops were too big. With the easier to handle 14" she says she feels hip like her younger coworkers.

Just hate the fact a firewall is needed. And you have to pay for them. It comes loaded up with a “free” trial but then after the trial is over you have to purchase it. Apple computers don’t need a firewall.

I like functionality but when I open it up the right front corner lifts off the table like it is warped and wobbles while typing!!! I went back to the Bestbuy store and they didn’t seem interested in helping me. They tried to sell me a $200 Geek Squad service. I paid over $800 for this and it won’t sit flat on any surface.

Had to disable the cooling tech to a quiet it, but other than that, it works great. Plenty powerful for what I do, which involves running multiple programs at once.

I recently have gone back to school and this computer is the perfect size and works fantastic for what I need it for. I bought it during Black Friday sale and have been very pleased

This was a first laptop for my 12 year old son. He is mostly using it for school but he obviously uses for Fortnite and he says it works both very well. He's loving the computer!
