I'm really a Mac person, but bought this so I could stay knowledgeable of Windows products. It was a great purchase. I'm still a Mac person, but this is a very nice laptop.

Im a student and it doesn't glitch or hang or freeze. the only problem is that the speaker stopped working which I believe best buy can fix but apart from that its amazing.

My staff loves this laptop, several option not included on your standard laptop. Great for everyday work, presentations. Also great for traveling employees.

Bought this laptop for business and not three or four weeks later the audio stopped working. Called customer service, and treated very well and got the issue resolved, after having to then restore the laptop back to its factory setting. Luckly I didn't have anything important on the laptop at the time, but did have to restore all my apps. Didn't expect to have issues with this device so soon. Otherwise, very happy so far

This laptop has everything you need. It loads up & shuts down very fast. Touch screen is easy to use & extremely fast. It's a great two in one laptop.

This computer was an excellent buy! It is easy to use, excellent for my college student son!! Heavy duty, but light weight enough for him to carry around.

This computer is very suitable for college students. It can me used for taking notes and making presentations. Reasonable price for the work it can do.

This has been a good mid-range laptop. Great screen, smaller size reasonable power. Battery life could be a bit better. Fingerprint sensor is not convenient to use.

I have a regular computer for work, but when the screen blacked out, this one saved my job, it is a great performer, I am very happy with this laptop

This laptop is great for a business user that does not use graphics intense programs, i.e. Autocad. Runs multiple office programs and remote desktop at once without issue.

I'm really glad and surprised as well, as to how this computer operated for the costs in purchasing. I received the best bang for the buck .

Great laptop. Glad to spend a bit more for the higher quality feel and smaller size. Nice that it converts into tablet mode. Nothing NOT to like!

Works as expected. Purchased a similarly priced Asus laptop about the same time and it is definitely better though.

This is one pretty good laptop. Love the keyboard light and ease of use. My only con it is no Ethernet connection.

I heard many great things about this laptop before buying but it doesn't even compare to its ability and features! Tablet mode is a godsend!!

This computer has fit all my needs. The only negative thing that I can say is the battery life is a bit short coming from a MacBook Air. Other than that it has been great.

I am not a computer expert by any stretch. The HP 360 has great speed, easy to use features, convenient lighted keyboard, and long battery life.

Not the standard size 15.6 that most people like to have, but it is quite powerful in performance and light in stature. Would highly recommend.
