the computer is running well so far, it was easy to purchase on line, and pick up from the store. it was easy to get started as well.

My son is a freshmen, Graphic Design major and the laptop has really come in handy in his Art Classes.

Bought the I3 for one daughter and the I5 for the older daughter. I5 Boots fast, she loves it, great for school work and playing video games.

Boot up time is frustrating, and it lags in several functions. For the price it is a capable portable option. Things to be aware of: As stated - boot time Weight - For being so small it is heavy Thickness - Come on HP you do It so well on the Spectre, but not on this model? The screen does not pop, but it is clear enough for basic office functions, browsing the web, email, and low quality videos

I am looking forward to seeing all that Windows 10 offers. I look forward to the class offered to help me understand all this computer can do.

The in store display made this unit look great and office software looked like it offered more options for users looking to take full advantage of stylus. However once I got it home it was a disaster. Slow and clunky operating system. touch screen was glitchy and okay with response. And the deal killer, a Super loud fan that was blasting when i wasn’t operating a single program! Boxed it up within 2 hours and was headed back to bb to return. I got this laptop for like $450 on open box and clearance, which was a great deal compared to MSRP. But once i tried it, I wasn’t surprised it was open box and on clearance.

This computer is by far the best ive purchased for my schooling. The I5 processor is perfect so its not slow when Im doing my school work

I found it easy to start up the computer. I was able to download applications and files easily with an external disc drive and usb my files from the old computer.

My son bought this computer to use for school and so far he loves it! Is able to play the games he likes and watch videos without any problems.

I just started using the laptop, kind a bit attached to my old Lenovo but this is a really cool. I am slowly starting to love it honestly it was a good buy
