Have to say, I’m a Mac guy. Bought it just for work. Seems to work fine. Very light. Get some protection because it scratches easily

Easy to use. Built programs to help walk you through using it and easy help center if you have questions. Great lab top for teens!

Excellent product though while I thought I was getting a deal it turns out that I could have gotten a higher grad model for less a couple of weeks later.

I ended up returning this laptop because there were too many issues with the finish of the product. There was a gap between the touch screen and the frame; large enough to allow dirt in. There is a sharp edge all the way around the bottom because there is a poor transition between the metal and plastic. The performance is good but I felt like it would fail too soon.

I bought this for my grandson to use with home school. Excellent at video conferencing and interactive work with the school

The young man who helped me, setting up and explaining the basic use of the computer was fantastic and I am not computer proficient!

This Laptop works great and fast. It has been easy to begin using. I can now do some of the things I could not do on my old laptop.

Great Computer and after returning and getting a replacemwent it was fine. Little time to bring the replacement computer up to date.

Easy to use, screen and keyboard size is great for me, excellent HD screen and sound quality. Converts easily to tablet mode.

Excellent for my university courses, office pops up alot saying I need to purchase which is annoying but thats about it
