For simple excel or word documents, it is fine. It crashes daily when online or accessing my email accounts. It looses connection with our WIFI and no other products have that issues in my home

Bought computer for daughter to take to college. She's been there a month, and computer is unusable. Error message says "PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" but it won't restart. She called Microsoft after visiting the website and finding no solution. They didn't help, but did charge a $49 fee. Took it in to a Best Buy where Geek Squad guy said, "I don't really know about these. Come back tomorrow when a more experienced person is here." HP website is NOT helpful. Pick another computer!

This is my son's birthday gift and we only just opened it up. I am having trouble getting it to connect to the wifi worked on it for a while now. I'm going to have to call HP tomorrow because I can't get it.

This is an ideal laptop for a college student. It has the space that is needed as well a diversified set up to where it provides the student more flexibility and working on different projects.

Bought this early Black Friday sale. Found one with better CPu, bigger screen and hard drive next day for $100 more. Took this one back.

I received my order of a new hp pavillion x360 today. The fan noise is extremely loud and constantly running. I'll be returning this first thing tomorrow morning. I use a Samsung laptop and it makes no noise at all. I bought this as a gift for my sister buy the fan noise is horrible. Hp needs to make major adjustment to their laptops.

This is the worst laptop I have ever owned. I purchased it for college use. In the first few months I had issues with windows updates making the sound card stop working. HP Care fixed it by resetting my laptop, so I had to reinstall all my programs. This happened again a few months later. Since it was under warranty it was covered, just more of an inconvenience, having to reinstall everything. After owning it for over a year, keys on keyboard have become loose. My battery has never lasted anywhere near the 9 hours it says it should. Running word processor, excel, internet explorer etc. with half brightness only gives about 4 hours max on battery. Two months after the one year warranty expired I've been receiving warnings on startup that the battery needs to be replaced. I've also had many instances where I'm working on battery power and it says I have 20-30% battery left, and it will just shut off. When I get it to a charger it shows battery was dead. Also, the plastic screen protector cracked in my bag. I have never dropped it and I don't handle it roughly. So now the touch screen is useless. Another issues I've had is running programs that use a lot of memory. This laptop does not seem to be capable of handling programs like ArcGIS or Matlab. I have to close almost everything else running to use them, otherwise the laptop freezes and I have to manually reset it. This will definitely be the last HP laptop I buy.

Returned it the next day, the fan ran constantly. Which was annoying, distracting and hot.

I've only had my HP 360 since August and now the audio isn't working. I took it back to Best Buy and they tried to uninstall and install again to see if that Would solve the problem, but unfortunately that's didn't fix the problem. Its been shipped and now will take 2 to 3 weeks get back.

This laptop was awesome when I first got it! I purchased it brand new not even six months ago and I’ve had to take it into geek squad to get fixed three times already. The internal speakers just stopped working one day, they fixed it. But once I got my computer back now the microphone isn’t working.. I just feel like it should not have these problems as a brand new computer.

I had issues with the sound. Took it back to Best buy. I had it fixed!

This computer is a Christmas gift for my dad who is not very good with computers. He uses the basic functions so this computer works well for him

Have been using this laptop for a month or so, and everything seems to be working as expected.

Laptop works okay, however having a problem with the fan now, it will be going to Geek Squad
