Good specs. Nicely built. It is not the fastest machine however It does handle all the tasks I have it use.

I recently purchased it like a Month ago. I just had problems with the speakers and Cortana ..

I love Windows Ink and the way this laptop looks; however, with minimal use it starts heating up and with heavy use it gets pretty severely hot. I have to use extra accessories for it to stay at a decent temperature which isn’t ideal considering I’m hoping to keep it with me on campus all day during the Fall semester.

This is good to use any where but the battery only lasts a couple of hours.

Needed one drive update soon as I turned on, still can't the dang thing to update, says error. Haven't used it really.

This is a good laptop, but we had to take the first one back because of a bad fan. The second one worked fine.

I had this computer barely more than a year when the battery started failing. I am now at 18 months and my battery reads as "very weak" and cannot live more than 30-40 minutes without shutting off without warning. I am a student and only use the computer for web browsing and Microsoft office products, nothing that intense. Would not recommend.

So far a good computer we’ll see how it goes. But so far so good!

Although overpriced, this laptop has everything I need. The finger print recognition doesn’t work very well.

I have has problems with screen timing out and have had to contact HP 4 times. I am still not sure the problem is solved after several hours working with them. Oh, as I said, before this computer, I bought an ASUS laptop from you and even after a factory re-do it failed after about one year. I am not blaming you folks, except to say your suppliers are not up to quality.

This is my first year of using this. It gets hot quick

The computer itself is pretty nice. The fan is extremely loud and annoying and is constantly blowing. I couldn’t concentrate on anything, but the noise.

It worked good for some time and then it started usual slow processing.

Start up time is below average, Battery above average and overall performance average.

Sleek laptop that boots up quick. No speaker or headphone output after only 4 months.

No Sound...stopped working after about 6 weeks of use...disappointed :( until then...we thought it was great!

Fragile body but decent software... gets a lot of notifications from google though

i thought this product includes a screen pen. But it does not have it in my box.

Very sleek and good looking! Works great! No issues outta this computer!

So far it seems to be a good product. I have a HP computer that is good.
