I like that this pc is touch screen. It's not bad. Certain features for one of my classes don't work until I turn it sideways into tablet mode. Overall pretty good. Easy to use. Still getting used to it because I'm originally a MAC user but my class required a PC.

Best laptop I have ever had. It’s small enough to take on the go. It has a tri fold so of your watching Movies etc you can stand it up. It has the ability to turn into a tablet. It’s almost 2yrs old now and It’s still the best thing ever

These are a great laptop and seem to do everything that is needed for regular use. I don't have a lot of storage needs other than family pictures and music. My concern is that my wife and I both got the same model and my fan runs constantly with very little added to the PC since I received it only 3 weeks ago.

I switched back to HP from Mac and I love this laptop. I was torn between this one and the Spectre, but I have absolutely no regrets. It's fast, smooth and the resolution is beautiful.

This PC/table is a great system for a high school senior and a non-gaming college freshman. Fast boot up. Great resolution. No application dwell time for standard applications and surfing the web. The bonus feature is that it is light weight and the battery life is holding strong.

Bought this for my wife's birthday. She loves it. Its fast, durable and a huge upgrade from her previous laptop. 9 hours of battery life which is great. The finish is beautiful. Definitely opt for the SSD as it makes this laptop extremely fast and durable. I want one for myself now.

I bought this to start an online graduate program. Did not need every bell and whistle, just enough to be fast and reliable. Compact and light with nice design. Only complaint is fan is very loud when running, hitch fortunately is not that much.

This laptop is good for basic internet browsing, but maxes out at 5ish tabs; it then drops in performance. Minecraft unmodded runs at about 25-30fps, but anything heavier than that barely hits 15fps. It heats up quickly, and the fans are quite loud. Still a good basic laptop.

Purchased this pc a year ago for college and it has not disappointed. I love the touch screen while I am at school and do not have a mouse. If space is limited at my desk I can just flip it around and just use the screen. It is a Great Purchase!!

the computer is well designed and light weight. the only downside is windows 10. I bought this for my husband to replace an old laptop with and old platform that is no longer being supported. he is still using the old laptop because of unfamiliarity with the new platform.

I bought this laptop for my niece's first year in college. She is a basic user mainly email, browsing the internet and school work. Performance is decent and good. Laptop is light enough for her to carry around in campus. Overall it is a good decent laptop excellent for first year college students.

I am very pleased with this tablet. It is fast and had a very HD screen resolution. I have heard several Samsung tablets and have been pleased with all of them. Looking lasting battery as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a tablet.

This HP Pavilion is replacing my 9 year old pavilion with lots more bells and whistles. I love the smaller display 14", its light, easy to re-learn again, and the keys are a perfect size. I just need to purchase a hard drive for storage purposes. I love my laptop!

I received my laptop before the delivery date, It was well protected in the package, the camera is very clear & clear, the laptop has HDR quality screen viewing, touch screen , it can bend all the way & be used as a tablet, fingerprint setup, voice recognition, etc

This laptop is very lightweight and great for people on the go. The color, clarity of the display is amazing. The processor speed is excellent. I am not a high tech person but this computer is easy to use and can accommodate just about any programming.

Picked up this laptop for the oldiest one to use for college and was a great purchase. Laptop responds fast to movements with touchscreen. The apps/programs load up fast and easy to use. the tablet 360 mode is great to just hang out and watch movies on the down time.

Like it's size, weight & quality! I was able to get my own internet, Gmail & Google Chrome without difficulty. The Geek service to move all my data was excellent & next day fast at Best Buy. The salesman was wonderful and helped me find just what I wanted.

The data transfer was excellent the explanation by the sales rep was thourogh and very professional. My rewards took a little long to receive, but I did get the certificate. I am very satisfied with my ew laptop. It is fast and a pleasure to work with

Great touch screen. Love the convertible aspect. Great price. My only regret is the small Hard drive. However, using portable hard drives to store media and files for multi computer use works well
