This 8th generation laptop performs as advertised. Provided quick startup and operation. Contains the latest Microsoft version. I recommend getting the Geek Squad virus protection package. This way the computer maintenance is done automatically.

I have owned this for less than 2 years. No major problems aside from the battery beginning to not hold a full charge. That started after a year. Not really sure if that's normal. Other than that, it's not a bad laptop

I've been wanting a Laptop for a while now and love this one. I downloaded a camera load of pictures onto it, and it was great when it came time to do the editing. The screen is crisp and the colors are so vivid. It was so much easier to do all the editing than on my previous (desktop) computer.

My daughter had this computer so we knew it was great. I bought this for my high school-aged son who needed the memory this computer has. He loves all the extras like face recognition too.

This is a good computer and it ran good for 1st year but after 1 year it became slow and my son was having hard time with the processor and it was very slow. It’s ok for 1-2 years but then it slows down.

We bought this game for our son, who uses for school and also plays a lot of games. He mostly plays minecraft. This PC actually runs minecraft really fast, and there is no lag. The solid state drive makes it a really fast computing device.

We purchased this laptop to make it easier to pay bills and also so the kids could get help with their school work. This was a great choice and I would recommend it to anyone!

I was looking for the cheaper version but they didn't have it so i got this one-glad i did! It works so well with the stylus drawing, capturing screenshots tablet or laptop mode. Powerful processor so no lag no complaints so far!

Our new HP Pavilion X360 Convertible 1 is a great purchase for our home office. While the keyboard seems a bit smaller than our old HP, the transition is becoming easier.

When I bought this laptop for this price I was not expecting too much. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality and performance. I didn't think I was going to you use the touchscreen but it is really very convenient.

This was purchased for my mom to replace her ancient CPU. It has a backlit keyboard, great display and was easy to set up. Her primary use is internet surfing and paying bills online. This laptop is perfect for her needs.

We have always been hp fans. This is the second one of these we have bought in two years. Our daughter got one for college and now our son is off to college. Great product at a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Got this As a gift so I didn’t really get to pick out what I wanted but I have to say the computer is very user-friendly and everything I would’ve liked my only regret is that it doesn’t have a CD drive

Small but powerful laptop. I love the security features. I didn't go into Best Buy to purchase an HP but I am very glad I did. I use this computer all the time for research and it has exceeded all my expectations.

I went to this laptop after turning in my Mac Book Air. I absolutely love this computer which I use everyday on data acquisition projects using labview, programming microcontrollers and reports. It is very sturdy!

This product is user friendly. The ability to be a laptop and tablet is great. I love the facial recognition when. I got in. Runs quick and streams well. It’s light enough to carry around so it’s a nice cross between a too small netbook and too large laptop.

I am not a tech savvy person at all. Set up on this was easy. I am still learning some of the functions. The one thing I notice is the touch screen has a delay. It’s not an option I use a lot so it’s not a huge deal. Over all I am happy with my purchase.
